Most of you know I finished my cut yesterday so here are my results😂
First picture is from February and second picture is today in the morning. I did try to go for a cut February and March but never took it seriously until April & all May up until now I was very dedicated.
The worst thing about this cut is that I had to do it all on my own... did my own research which was hard but I was still able to define my muscles a bit. I didn’t shrink in size but I gained plenty of muscle definition on my shoulders, biceps, quads, hamstrings and my tummy toned up a lot more... my stomach will never ever be tiny like a lot of females out there but I am OKAY with that. &&&& oh and most importantly the back fat which I STRUGGLE reduced but not gone ALL IN ONE MONTH!!😂 the difference is incredible and I can’t wait for my second cut in August bc I’m going to give it my all.😊
Things I did: tips
-reduced carbs (unless it was leg day) -lifted heavy -did cardio 2-3 times a week
-dank plenty of water -most importantly stayed consistent. -
Getting results is hard but is it worth it ? Yes. I’ve always struggled with being skinny fat and finally being able to watch my body transform is very rewarding. Although I wasn’t extremely strict on this cut and could’ve done a lot better I do not regret one thing bc at the end of the day the results were satisfying. & the amounts of “you got so skinny” “you look so slim” comments really said something about my progress.
