首、肘、膝の在り方はひとつ注意しているところ。
首: 上向きすぎす下向きすぎす、動作中つねに自然な位置に置く意識(中立的)
肘: 出来るだけ前方に畳む意識。
膝: 動作中はいつも少し斜めに開いたつま先に沿って動くように意識。

Massive over looked step to getting in shape is getting strong.
Step 1: Get strong, don't be scared go heavy. Step outside your comfort zone, push yourself. Go for big compound lifts and repeat often. Building over all strength will make the following steps easier to get through, you will have the muscular power and strength as well as the nervous system response to be able to cope better. Equally you will be building muscle, shaping, toning it whilst burn a ton of cals during and after exercise. Include isolating exercises to improve posture and gain added definition.
Step 2: Don't do crash/fad diets, simply make adjustments in your current diet over a gradual period of time. Even the smallest of change makes a difference. One less glass of wine etc. Slowly cut back so your body and mind adapt better to the change, rather than setting yourself up for failure, relapsing or wasting your money on different schemes. You don't want to be a yo-yo dieter. Think cals in cals out ratio. Don't eat more than you can burn, don't starve yourself, fuel yourself with the right amount for the exercise you do.
Step 3: move more, get the heart racing a few times a week. This doesn't mean sweating your guts out until you're blue in the face but it's important to strength the heart and lungs. Cardio isn't about running or cycling etc. It is about making your cardiovascular system work harder. This can be achieved whilst building a ton of muscle. There's no point burning body fat to reveal a bag of bones, it's not healthy for the body and you will feel and look weak and tired. Try some circuits involving lighter weights, attempt HIIT, AMRAPS and TABATA to really challenge yourself. Add body weight exercises to make sure you are body strong. 
Step 4: be keen to learn, we only grow when we accept we don't know it all. Create a hunger and desire to find out more. Become dedicated, use all positive and negative emotions and channel it into your workouts. Exercise is great therapy for the body and mind. Remember even a bad workout is better than no workout.

今日は月曜日だからかホームにしているジムにもマッチョ達は少なく、余裕を持ってワークアウトできました!🤔
今日はデッドリフトを中心とした背中と肩の日。
コンスタントに120Kgが複数回上がるようになってきました、良い感じ😇
