Gotta love Rachel Hollis! And this is so true. There is ALWAYS a way to get to where you want. Once you decide on doing something, keep that promise to yourself. Remember your “why” and keep your focus. Goodnight ya’ll 💋
♦️GRIT♦️n♦️GRACE♦️ As an entrepreneur, it takes real transparency with showing others what it takes in order to have success. Seriously, couldn’t be more THANKFUL for the dots that have aligned and for this woman to be put in my path! @dawnlynnfunk you have modeled true work ethic at helping others become more in order to grow as a leader. Couldn’t be more grateful for your friendship! Teaching me to not only have GRIT, but GRACE on this journey has been so inspiring!
One of the best things about training is the fun we get to have in programming our routines. Here’s a sneak peek of just 1 of the 5 combos we have planned for our REACH (upper body pulling) routine tomorrow.
TAG a friend who would love (or hate 😜) this combo!
🇩🇪👇🏻 Anyone who says it's easy to live discipline every day is lying. It's simple, but not easy. But if you put solid routines into your life, you will feel freer and become much more successful. That's why I live the lifestyle of a warrior. #wakeupwarrior is probably the program for us men (and now women too), which brings maximum expansion in the four areas of our lives.
Body, beeing, Balance, Business‼️💥
It is a lifelong process to develop, but it only takes one decision to want everything.
Little update for the gram. This is gonna be my everyday attire for the next two weeks. Kinda pumped, kinda not, but hey I won’t be short of money for much longer 😈 #stayhumble#workhardplayharder#hashtag
Probably our last big yield of the season 🍅🥒🥕 (not pictured, about 40 potatoes, onions and beets).
Have you heard of the law of the harvest? It has to do with a lot more than just gardening and it’s in full effect in my life right now.
This summer, I experienced the dangerous side of this law. I was anxious, depleted, exhausted, stagnant and defeated. I reaped almost nada in multiple areas of my life (health, marriage, energy, parenthood, business). Goose egg 🥚 Zilch (you get the point).
The law states that you reap what you sow, so with that truth in mind I realized that I didn’t really spend enough time nurturing what I wanted to flourish in my life.
💥NEWSFLASH: the grass isn’t greener on the other side. It’s greener where you water it!
That season of my life taught me that I never wanted to get to a time of harvesting and come up empty handed again. I had a lot of planting, watering and work to do before my next season would be a good one!
And here I am, just a few months later experiencing such green pastures in my life! Presence in motherhood, passion in marriage, growth in business, connection in faith, excitement in learning, and even a few buckets of fresh, organic veggies to boot! 👌🏼
Those baron or sad fields you might be facing today - I want to remind you that they are a season if you choose them to be. The law of the harvest states that if you sow generously, you reap generously. 🌱
In other words, life doesn’t just magically change with the seasons, WE CHOOSE CHANGE. We create it. We do the hard work and reap the reward.
My newest course is soon to be launching and if you’re a go-getter looking to get their dream off the ground or a successful entrepreneur looking to massively scale up, what would you want me to cover in that course? Hit me! 👇🏼
I used to be in bed by 8pm. For the past couple of weeks, I’ve been working until the wee hours of the night... I have BIG goals to reach by the end of the year. 2.5 months —- I GOT THIS 👩🏼💻
