Real life guys!!! These jeans FIT and haven't zippered up in YEARS! I was about to give up on them, but I kept toting them along, to my move to IL, then SC, then into our new home. Still trying them on every so often to see if they fit. And what do you know?! They zipped AND I can sit down in them! Talk about being overwhelmed with excited!!! Just goes to show never give up on your goals! -

Oh Monday's! Who didn't wake up this morning?! 👇👇 Who did her workout tonight anyway?! 👇👇 Who is ready for a little 8 week challenge, lose some weight and get in shape? We aren't getting any younger!! 😛 We are losing muscle mass and strength as the days go buy. 
How about spending more time at the beach, with the kids, riding your badass bike, kayaking, hiking.... while still challenging yourself and building strength and endurance?! 20 to 30mins a day for 4 days a week, that's all you need! I'm sure you spend more then that on social media sitting on the couch. This new program is perfect for the summer and fits with my nutrition plan....nutrition plan of EATING FOOD!! Sounds horrible doesn't it? Hahaha

Growing a baby is HARD. I won’t sugar coat it. I expected it to be this magical thing where I would glow everyday, my hair would magically wave without frizz like a mermaid, and I would be spoiled and it hasn’t been that at all lol but it’s still is the most beautiful thing I have ever done!

You know what else is hard? Showing up every day to a job you hate or not being able to take the family vacations you want to. But it doesn’t have to be! You can totally build a business and _____________ simultaneously. In my case the blank is grow a baby lol. There are no limits when you are in control of your success. I’m looking for 4 more women to personally mentor and close out June strong because let’s face it, anything done with people you vibe with makes it that much better!
