Hi you two... 🤗
@paw72200 you really are the ying to my yang.
I cant remember a time when you have not been in my life.
I'm so complicated and just by looking at me you know exactly where I am in that moment. I love that about you.
@kanuscg what can I say.
When I met you I just started letting my wall down...I just was not sure yet. You were one of the first people I really let in.
I felt an instant connection with you. You fill a part of my soul that had been empty for so long. You balance me out and there has only been one other person who has ever done that before. I lost her a few years ago and I believe she fated us to meet. You would have loved her.
Just know that I will always have your backs in friendship and on this crazy journey. 🌏🌎🌍
Which by the way I love. ❤❤

18 months ago, I weighed 208.
6 months ago, decided to take action. 3months ago, I promised to make decisions that will yield positive results. The forms are not perfect as you can see here, but that’s ok. The results, however, keeps me wanting more. “Work on the goals you make to yourself everyday and keep working on them until you are proud.”
Remember, it’s YOU vs. YOU, always. You’ve got this!👊🏿🏋️♀️
📸 Picture this... Waking up before your alarms goes off.
Constantly light on your feet and nothing but positive vibes flowing through your body.
Feeling completely aligned, accepting of your past and a promising future lays ahead of you.
This is what it is like for me right now.
But it never used to be like that.
I remember looking at myself in the mirror and being ashamed of who looked back.
Thinking of every possible excuse to stay in bed for the rest of the day instead of facing the world.
Being jealous and hating on everyone I deemed to be successful in life.
Never answering the phone when it rang.
Hiding away from social interactions.
Being a prisoner in my own mind.
In every dark point of my life, I did feel like giving up. Throwing in the towel and washing my hands with life.
But belief is what kept me going, 100% of the time.
Believing that what I have gone through and what I am going through is my story.
And because it’s my story, I can choose how the chapters are going to be written - because I’M THE MOTHER FUCKING AUTHOR OF THIS DAMN BOOK!
When you realise you aren’t a chapter in someone else’s book, but rather a chapter in your OWN book... Then you become aware that you have complete control. - Power 👑
Four years ago, I became mom for the first time (in the picture you see my third daughter 💕, she just turned one). Four years ago my husband and I made a decision that I will stay home with our kids until the youngest will be 5. At that time, the plan was, that I will return to my full time career as a human resource in 9-10 years 🤷🏻♀️...basically starting from the beginning ☹️
But because of my work ethics and my constant drive to improve the quality of life, I decided to make some changes and take a leap into a different career while being a stay at home mom.
Would you like to know what and how?
And we all know that bish is poppin! Soo, what's your excuse...because not enough time isn't it.
Hmm, what else you got?! 🤷🏾♀️
Drop your reason(s) below. Haha. Don't really do it.
New week, new goals!
Before today, I had never internalized the meaning of “Fake It Until You Make It”
I was recently commissioned to create a series of videos to help a hospital raise $700 million for a new patient wing. Although I’ve been making videos for a while now, I’ve never done a solo job at this level before. The day before the shoot I was apartment searching with my future roommates, and I told them that I was nervous for the shoot. My friend Will said, “Fake it until you make it.” I’ve heard that phrase 1,000 times but I don’t think it has registered with me before. I always thought it was some kind of deception, or at least a bad way to go about life and business. But then I realized that “faking it” means that you are pushing yourself. You are going outside of your boundaries. If you are doing something that you are comfortable with you won’t grow.
With this new realization I went to my shoot, packed up my gear into a little grocery cart, and interviewed a bunch of doctors. Each interviewee commented on how comfortable they were while in the interview and the staff member on the marketing team that I was working with was extremely happy with what we accomplished. You can see some of the raw footage in the last video. I’m looking forward to shoot 2/2 on Tuesday.
Constantly push yourself to be better, if you are “faking it,” then “making it” is just around the corner
