There’s something brewing...
After 3 weeks of laughter, deep conversations with women about life, love and family...I feel a fire burning.
I have an idea marinating, one I need to meditate on and cultivate. I’m grateful to all the women that have shared their struggles with me openly and with love.
Thank you to the tribe that poured the belief into me that I have something profound to offer this next generation of moms who want to live passionate fulfilling lives, inspire their children to dream, contribute to the world and have incredible relationships.
As the path becomes more clear, I’ll share...but for now it’s to be continued...

I didn’t start my business in order to prove anything or challenge myself, in fact if I’m honest, I really didn’t think I would succeed.🙈 However, over the past two years I’ve learned from watching many of my leaders and teammates that it’s important to have goals, and to not give up when those goals aren’t always met. Unmet goals just means we need to re-evaluate, make changes, seek wise counsel from those who have gone before us, set new goals and keep moving forward.
I would have never realized that I can run a successful business around my busy family, and coach others to do the same if I hadn’t daily challenged myself to keep on going. I’m not content with where I’m at yet, but that just means I get to keep on waking up, setting new goals and growing. 💕 #youvegotthisgirl#justdontquit#businessowner
I remember not too long ago how stressful grocery shopping was for me.
Each item that went in the cart was calculated in my head.
Most times I'd have a few things in the corner of the cart ready to put back If the essentials took up the money we had.
I once made 2 weeks worth of dinners with $17 ... and not because I thought it would be fun.
Things are so different now. I can go through the store without calculating...adding each item up mentally with a pit in my stomach.
I can buy the extras and the "goodies"
I can say "Yes!" When the kids ask for that box of fruit snacks with minions on it.
I can toss it in the cart, checkout, and go home to order a pizza for delivery if I want 😂
(Grocery shopping with kids is exhausting🤷♀️) My point is I know I wasn't alone with that pit in my stomach every time I ran my card.
I know there are so many people out there that struggle financially.
I found a way to never have to worry about that again! And I can help you do it too!
#financialfreedom means different things to different people. To me it started with gas, groceries and diapers 💕
For the last week, Audrianna was a counselor at His Kids camp for kids with cancer and their siblings. It was an amazing experience and she hopes to go back next year! We are happy she is home and that we get to spend her special day with her! 🎂 The picture I shared earlier was from Spring of 2017. So, I wanted to post a current picture of my sweet girl. #19thbirthday#july20th2018
Did you know when you sweat you’re losing essential hydration for your skin? 😮 So when you’re baking in this heat ☀️ and/or sweating 💦 from exercise, your skin is crying for hydration.
R+F Active Hydration Serum™ is oil-free and boosts hydration by 200% 🙌🏻 This layering super-serum contains Hyaluronic Acid and 30% Glycerin to help defend against dry skin and aging. It’s my absolute favorite product and it’s for all skin types (yes - even oily/acne prone and sensitive). ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨BONUS: makes a great make makeup primer bc of the glycerin ✨✨Don’t forget the Brightening Eye Complex with same AHS technology@for those dark circles and puffiness ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What happens when you pair AHS and BEC with your regimen? Instantly moisturized skin and bright eyes that stay continuously hydrated all day long (for up to 8 hrs)! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Get your hands 👋 on some!
Today I had a big business call and Adam and I needed to be a part of it together. I talked to the girls about it and how important it was. I asked them if there were things they could do on their own so mommy and daddy could work. Laikyn decided that they should probably paint rocks while we had our call.
I helped them get everything set up and they went right to work. They painted a lot of rocks and they were so quiet and polite when they had to come in and ask questions. Our landscape has never looked more beautiful. I was so proud of them.
Making the decision to leave teaching wasn’t easy, but we made the decision because of these two. It’s not because we can make it on one income. It’s because I made a decision 4 years ago to start a side business to better our health and the health of my family and friends. Now I have a business that I want to grow. A business that can support our family in so many ways. A business I can work from home.
Communicating these dreams with my children and my family is important to me. We all need to be on the same page to make it work. Everyone has a role - even my 3-year-old. It’s a business I am building for them and with them.
Getting to spend every single day of your life with your best friend is the #1 benefit to having your own home based business. We literally travel the world together. In this photo we're at Niagara Falls.
Practically my whole day consisted of snuggling on the couch with this little guy with a belly ache. So glad I’m able to stay home with my boys and give them all the snuggles they want. 💕
First, this kid and his expressions kill me! 🤣 He is his fathers son!
Second, you might have noticed that I’ve been posting a lot more family stuff lately rather than new work. I’ve been in a creative rut for weeks now to be honest, so I’ve taken a step back to reevaluate my own brand. And with that, I gave myself some “off” time to unplug from my business and focus on family 200%. Its been really nice to take a break and just be more present with my kiddos (and hubby from afar). Solo parenting and running a business is incredibly draining, and I think I had finally reached a point where I needed to take a breath. 💛
Slowly my creative drive has started to kick back in, so my brand got a refresh and my website got a makeover. I hope y’all will go check it out! (link in bio) And if you find yourself in the same boat I was in with your business, let’s chat about refreshing your brand aesthetic. 👩🏼💻
Any other creatives get artist block? What do you do to come out of it?
Day 203 of #thisis40 and my good friend @robin_sattler insisted on joining in my daily pic. So here we are, beachside, with our little nuggets playing in the sand behind us. So happy they get to grow up together because that means we do toooo!! #friendship#momtribe
When I was a child I’d always dreamed of being a Pediatrician 👩🏻⚕️ Then life happened. I made excuses & decided school for that long wasn’t in the cards with raising my first born & trying to make ends meet. #truthbomb
Looking back, now, it was God’s plan all along. Now I’m able to help people from all over, not just from a clinic, but from my phone — no matter where on Earth I am — and I get to do it with my family by my side 🙌🏻 I never, in a million years, dreamed I could make a REALLLL good income from my phone while still pursuing my passion to being a positive influence in peoples lives & helping them. But here I am —— proving that truth 💯
