Its a long post but give a minute to read it guys you will learn something about business and marketing: Today I learnt one good thing from my uncle about business so thought to share with you all. They have just opened at food outlet near by his house and as we discussed further we started talking about how is it going and how is he helping this food outlet to grow further. What he said I got amazed with it, he said wherever I go no matter what if it is barber shop, milk shop, even if I am walking on the road or traveling in bus I promote my business and give atleast my outlet visiting card. I said don’t you feel bit hesitant to give away your card all of a sudden to strangers and he replied: “if you can’t sell yourself you can’t sell anything” wow I mean I learned couple of things from here:
1. No matter what management school you go, you can’t learn what life or people can teach you from their experiences.
2. Atleast Make an effort and don’t just wait for the result....
3. Not always your digital presence works, its always nice to give your personal touch to your work people will remember you..
At the end he said atleast I m making an effort and making awareness about my outlet and not waiting people to come on their own.

A dissatisfied customer can be very harmful to an organization. Therefore, worrying about customer satisfaction is not an high school issue.
