Marinated mushrooms, taleggio, garlic, mozz oregano. Most likely will be getting finished with salty breadcrumbs. It’s got a little funk, a touch of spice, lots of acid and fun textures (full disclosure this pie is a tad light in color for my taste)

Sold Out! Tuesday 18/09, the weekend finally caught up on us. The unfortunate thing about a 72 hour pizza dough is it takes 72 hours to make. We could try and flog the younger stuff but we’d be doing everyone a disservice. We have mountains of it ready to go for tomorrow though so there’ll be no stopping us!
