The woodfire workshop flew by! Sunday’s unload of the #fushigigama was a huge success, lots of amazing pots came out of the kiln. At the moment this is my favorite cup out of the firing. The surface is so rich and offers something different on each side. Scroll through for a couple views and a close up of the rim which got blasted with ash. I still have lots of pots to clean and lots to think about. I’ll be posting more in the coming days.
Have the prime tomahawks on the #traegergrills Timberline starting on the supersmoke reverse sear. Using the built in #traegerrecipes app settings to cook this right. Yes, I have a @thermoworks MK4 but why not use the technology of the Traeger Timberline to my advantage and make it even easier to make this epic 5.5 lbs hunk of meat perfect?!?! (Timberline is so big it makes those giant tomahawks look puny 🤣)
