I have people asking me why. Why the big change? Because vegan/nutrarian was not working for my body any more. My body was violently rejecting basics like beans, onions, garlic. How can that be? Little nutritional powerhouses! This isn't the most pretty photo I've taken for breakfast but the "apple pie" oats delivered this morning. Cinnamon, apple, raisins and oats cooked with almond milk. Threw in some flaxseeds for good measure too .

Kinda looks like I dragged my food through grass - but I made broccoli rice (to substitute cauliflower rice) and this little combo is so good!!
