“Monday is the start of the week and it has always been the unspoken enemy of people who totally enjoyed their weekends. Well, that’s quite a lot of people. It is a known fact that we really can’t get rid of Monday off the days of the week, people need to get up and pretty much drag their ass off the bed and start working the day. Monday mornings are the most dread moment of the week. It is the sign that a new work week has to start and that we must say goodbye to the bliss and comfort of the Saturday and Sunday. Do not let this dreadful moment become something so related with Monday.
Remember that Mondays should be welcomed with great enthusiasm, enormous hope and a tank full of energy.”
Who likes waking up to the sound of ocean? We went camping couple of months back and it was absolutely awesome!
We also cooked our meals at the beach. I had to plan in advance but it was really fun. Cooking, swimming, sleeping and reading... A good life.
Since not a lot of people are aware of camping culture in India, I wrote an elaborate Beginner's guide to beach camping in India here: https://theoffmydesk.com/beach-camping-in-india-gokarna/.
It's rare when I end up with a lovely picture of my food. But then again, it was a rare day. My last day in Ella, Sri Lanka, and my last full meal. We celebrated Noor's 29th birthday after this. It was a lovely day.
