Day 15: My secret weapon - My community, my people. Having my people around me in this time has really helped me keep my head held high and I am just so glad that I decided to show up to training even though I had every right not to.

Day 14: Biggest Weakness
I think my biggest weakness is that I care too much. And I always will even though I get hurt sometimes.

Woop there it is! Down 214 pounds! I’m NOT that person in the before picture. I can’t ever believe I allowed myself to appear as that person! I still find myself in that mental state at times but to be honest, I’m LOVING my life as the person in the after picture! I have started “dating” for the first time in my entire life at 29 years old and it’s been GREAT! 🙂🙃🙂 I feel like it’s a world I never knew existed! I can literally run up and down flights of stairs and not even kind of get out of breath. I am able to do things I never thought about doing while I was almost 400 pounds! I recently went on an amazing hike on a mountain I would have never been able to make even a quarter of the way up when I was almost 400 pounds. I have started making a list of things I want to do and experience now. The thing I’m most excited for is that this winter I want to learn how to snowboard! I told myself when I hit my first goal of 275 pounds I wanted to go horseback riding; something I haven’t done and loved doing when I was a child. Now at 179 I still haven’t gone but I’m planning to go ASAP! Feeling fancy today♡ Getting ready for an event in Indy for work. Last night I signed up for unlimited Yoga at @invokestudioindy for a month. So, my 30 day yoga challenge begins... last month was run 30 days, but I got sick the last 10 days 🤷♀️... How are all my peeps doing lately??! What have I missed?
Day 13: Biggest Strength - I think my biggest strength is the ability to pick myself back up after being knocked to the ground over and over. Right now I am on the ground and hurting like I’ve never hurt before. But I know with time and some healing I’ll be picking myself back off the floor and I’ll try and live my life the best I can.
