I have never hiked like this in my life and it wasn’t intentionally . We followed a path I wanted to climb over the rocks to come to find out it was super steep and I couldn’t come back down . We kept going Higher and higher and higher I swear It felt like we entered the dooms of hell. Finally after climbing idk how many mountains and hills and hiking for three hours we found a decent trail to go down . I prayed and thank god that we made it because I was already dizzy and tired . It was fun to explore very dangerous though lol . But I had so much fun and realized I would of never lasted 20 minutes being 300 pounds but I did 3 hours . Eu finalmente entendi qual era o sentido de tudo, e comecei a apreciar a jornada, a amar os obstáculos, a juntar as pedras que jogavam e fazê-las de degrau.
E apesar de muitos afirmarem que as pessoas são como são, e não mudam, eu posso dizer que eu mudei, ah e como mudei.
Eu senti a metamorfose, eu vivi a metamorfose, e agora quero fazer minha parte e dizer para as pessoas que um dia se sentiram incapazes como eu, que elas não estão sozinhas... Porque uma borboleta pode ter suas asas machucadas e ainda assim voar. E não importa se ela não voa como antes, o que importa é que ela ainda voa, e mantém o privilégio de ser beijada pelo sol, tocada pela lua, e iluminada pelas estrelas.
Mesmo machucada, uma borboleta não volta a ser lagarta , a metamorfose é irreversível, e ela ainda pode sentir a brisa tocando seu rosto, ela ainda pode voar, quando e para onde ela quiser ... “ 🦋
I’ve been SO incredibly busy these last few weeks.. I am going to do my very best to start posting on here more often again though.. I am so happy to say I am down 20 pounds!!!😱😱 Honestly I thought I would feel a lot different, but I really don’t feel too much different.. my clothes do fit better but I was so surprised to see that the number on the scale had gone down so much. I still have quite a ways to go but seeing the number continuously go down has definitely been motivating. A quick recap on the last few weeks; I have done my best to follow the program to a T, but I’d be lying if I said I was perfect. There have been days I haven’t eaten enough veggies, drank enough water, had bites of things that definitely weren’t the healthiest. I even had a cheat meal (though it was pretty healthy for the most part). However I am also so proud of how much self control I have had, I’ve turned down lots of treats I wouldn’t have before. This is Scott racing his 45" on road course. Scott started out bringing in a pretty chopped up frame for repair but wound up finding his way onto a very nice deal for an OG untouched frame for a great price. He added an aftermarket repop front end and we helped him set up the roller with the Honda wheels and brakes. He handled the rest himself and now had a blast tearing up the track. #roadrace#45#wl
#Day32 & #Day33 I am combining everything into one post since I havent posted in two days.
I went late last night and stayed until closing, yesterday was of course arms and today was legs.
Enjoying my workouts thus far, but for the next 30 days I'm going to be focused more on nutrition. So I'm switching gears and instead of posting after workout pics, I'll be showing the food I'm eating.
I'm excited to give it my all. I've noticed so many changes in my strength, stamina, and body. Today I did the row machine for 15 mins!! I'm so proud of myself and am excited for what else there is to come!

-Drink a gallon
-Eat 5-6 meals a day
-Focus on portion control and balanced meals
-5-6 days at the gym
-2 days of cardio
-10k steps each day (last week I only got 58k, but I'm going to keep trying until I get to 70k)
