I LOVE wolves. I've adored them and felt a connection with them since I was a child. As spirit guides wolves come to teach us about balance, personal power, intuition and at times self-control. Have you had a wolf as a spirit guide?
❤️They’re not anything like in Harry Potter (although who wouldn’t dream for that). Nor do they worship Satan. Witches use nature and their own will to make change happen in their lives and the world. It is not a religion, but a spiritual practice that many practice in conjunction with their faith. Here is a bit of advice to get started: ❤️Study!: There are plenty of books to get familiar with witchcraft. Knowledge is one of the biggest powers anyone can possess. Many beginners wish to jump straight into spell casting, but that’s like trying to play sheet music on an instrument you have no idea how to play. ❤️Find your path!: There are many forms of witchcraft and everyone feels connected to a certain path. For example: A green witch is focused on Earth and her elements. They tend to use plants, flowers, and herbs in their practice. A hedge witch acts as the “hedge” between the normal and paranormal with elements of shamanism. They focus on astral projection and healing. A kitchen witch focuses on helping regular people through everyday items like herbs and other natural elements. ❤️Practice!: As you begin to understand your intentions for practicing and the consequences you may face by doing things from a place of ignorance, you can begin to practice! Find spells that may help you or others heal and personally grow. ❤️Cleansing!: Witches constantly absorb and expend energy from and into their environment. It’s important to have a pure/fresh energy flow to absorb from. (Note: you are not banishing evil spirits from your home by cleansing!) There are many ways to cleanse items and spaces, each serving their own purpose. I would like to talk about the very incorrect and harmful way many people do this by. -DO NOT- JUST BURN A BUNDLE OF WHITE SAGE TO CLEAR OR MOVE ENERGY! Burned bundles should contain many different herbs. Ideally, you should be combining small amounts in a heat safe bowl. The white sage plant is currently being over-consumed to such an extent that wild free access to it is dwindling amongst the people who actually use it for medicine. The only ethical consumption of white sage is home grown.
Weekly #tarotcast for 11/18-11/24
With all of the astrological movement currently going on (right before the holidays, too), this week's reading is focused on us becoming more grounded no matter what life throws our way 🌿
The overall theme this week is to really listen to our intuition. The High Priestess wants us to tap into our intuition as it will help us navigate through Mercury Retrograde & also help us with any decision making that may come our way🌌
Our biggest challenge this week is the 5 of Swords. We may have a lot on our minds with the upcoming holidays. This card also warns us to "choose our battles," & with Mercury in Retrograde, thinking before reacting & responding is a mindfulness practice that we can sharpen during this time 🌿
Our biggest blessing is through the 6 of Swords. New beginnings, ways of being & opportunities will be opening up to us since Jupiter (the planet of expansion & good luck) has moved into its home sign of Sagittarius. We can also utilize this fresh energy to enhance any healing & self care practices that we may have been working with 💖
How we can cultivate everything this week is through the Emperor. Staying grounded & true to yourself & to what resonates within you keeps you unshakable, even amidst miscommunications, delays, & holiday stress. Having solid boundaries can aid us in achieving this level of stability 🗻
Have a wonderful week 🔮💕 #tarot#tarotcards#tarotreader#tarotreading#tarotreadersofinstagram#tarotreadersofig#Divination#pagan#metaphysical#witch#witchcraft#witchesofinstagram#healer#healing#growth#selflove#selfcare#crystals#crystalhealing#mercuryretrograde#boundaries
I’ve got friends in wil-low places 🌿
This tree and I, we understand each other. Though I figured out how to stop it from whomping, I appreciate the fact that that the both of us are sassy and aggressive 🦁
I went to the wonderful pop-up store 【 Wizarding World Market 】powered by Hot Toys.
I took some close up pictures of the fantastic beasts... The “sculptures” were so realistic and some of them were so huge, it was beautiful ! And I got awesome collectible goodies !
