Too often, we find ourselves following the passions of our parents or fulfilling the dreams of others around us. We do what we believe it is expected of us and we forget about the flowers wilting inside of us while we water and nourish other people’s gardens. Life is too short to neglect the calling of your soul! Follow it. Feed it. Allow yourself to be happy...You only have one life and there is no re-do! 🌸
“No quiero tener miedo, no quiero escapar de un buen sentimiento solo porque me hace sentir como nunca antes. A veces lo nuevo da miedo, pero también te da esa bocanada de aire fresco que tanto necesitabas sentir.”
"Here was a man whose heart was good,
Who walked with men and understood.
His was a hand that asked no fee
For friendliness or kindness done.
And now that he has journeyed on
His is a fame that never ends,
And leaves behind uncounted friends."

Dairy Myth: "Consuming cow’s milk builds strong bones." 🙄🤦🏽♀️ #nottrue
In fact: studies show that dairy consumption can actually increase the likelihood of fractures. Yikes! In 2014, the British Medical journal published research that followed 100,000 people for 20 years and the results showed that women who drank 3 or more glasses of milk per day, had a 60% higher rate of hip fracture and double the risk of death. Why double the risk of death? Because 1/3 of people who have hip fractures never walk again. ⠀
What plant foods build strong bones and are 50% more bio-available? Almonds, kidney beans, dark leafy greens and tahini (yum!) And the #1 way to build strong bones.........resistance training, so ditch drinking milk from the tits of another species and get your booty to the gym at least twice per week to build strong muscles and bones.⠀
(Plus, the dairy industry is anti-motherhood, please check out 👉🏽DairyFacts.org👈🏽 for details)⠀

Scenario: You're hurting because he walked away. You're mad about how it went down and now it's over. You thought he'd be in your life forever and now he's gone. He was supposed to be the one.
NEWSFLASH!!! He wasn't supposed to stay because he was NEVER yours. He was NEVER the one from the beginning. He wasn't yours to keep. He was only there for a season. And that's ok.
Every relationship (plutonic or romantic) is a learning experience. You learn and then you grow. A breakup is not the end of the world but an opportunity to grow. And you'll take all that you've learned and apply it to the next relationship. See? He gave you a gift. He taught you to be BETTER for the next guy. The next guy (if he's the right guy) will appreciate your growth and grow with you.
No matter what you're going through, use EVERY experience to grow. Choose your next mate wisely and listen to the signs that your gut warns you about. Choose better because of what you've learned from your past. And if he walks away....then he's not yours to keep. Move on and try again. EDIT: This is talking about a relationship BEFORE marriage. Once you are married then YOU ARE MARRIED FOR LIFE. Yes, sometimes spouses walk out of the marriage without justifiable cause (which is ADULTERY ONLY) and so if this is your situation then that is a different story. But THIS POST is for people who are just dating or in a relationship prior to marriage 😬.
