Trying to ignore all my problems by working out and stretching🙃 agh not really. My entire weekend consisted of my HARDCORE studying so my butt kinda hurts from sitting in a chair but that’s ok. So 2 weeks ago I broke my wrist at CrossFit and I’ve been out of rowing and it’s made me realize how much I love my team and how much I miss them. Working out as a group is 10x better than all on your own. Also I can’t do any rowing for 2 more weeks and it sucks because the bike that has become my best friend because it’s the only thing that DOESNT use your arms and you can sit. Yea right in front of it is the ergo (swipe to see). So I mean it’s kind of a motivation to keep going I guess. I think my training these past few weeks have really intensified because I’m not missing ANY pr’s this winter and I want to go back just as conditioned as all the other girls. I’m legit doing weights 3-4x a week, 2 circuits, and 2 long bikes. I say I’m going to workout 7x a week but I never do. But I always get in weights 3-4x no matter what. I usually drop a circuit day which is cardio or a bike day. Yup that’s an update.
