Best way to spend your Thursday night... meeting new people and enjoying gourmet bites and delicious wines. Millesime Cellars hosted a winemaker dinner in collaboration with Pedalers Fork. The food and wine pairings were phenomenal. The house ferments-pimento cashew cheese made me look at cheese in a whole new light. We ended the evening with a raw cashew cheesecake that was perfect with the delicious syrah port 🍷. An incredible evening. Can't wait until the next one! #wineandfood#millésimécellars#pedalarsfork#thursdaynightfun#winedinner

2017 Marisa Cuomo "Furore" Bianco, Campania (Furore / Costa d'Amalfi DOC). Aromas of white flowers, lemon, limestone, pear, and apricot - medium bodied, medium acidity, no tannin with minerality and nutty almond / hazelnut notes developing on the palate, typical for grapes grown in this region. There's complexity, length and balance - a pleasant surprise, a good wine that worked well with fish.
Wow!!! Our Duckhorn Wine Dinner sold out in 31 mins! We have started a wait list for the event! .
