DAY 12 - Pick A Habit that you want to combat and make an action plan!
Habit -Binge Eatting
So this is an on going problem of mine since I was young and earning paper round money's. Why??? So as I child I was neglected, food was never regular occurrence for me so when I had the option to eat and the option I would eat as much as I could because I never knew when my next meal would come around.
So this has followed me in to a habit but change in to a coping method, any opportunity that I feel scared, fearfull, disowned, hurt, depressed, alone, ashamed, disheartened, guilty, angry, a feeling I can't control. I grab a safe constant food!! Eat until I feel full, satisfied! This is usually bad food and I always feel guilty and frustrated after.
So the first stage of change is acknowledging theres a problem.
