Not an everyday ritual anymore but only the best will do when it’s coffee time 🤤🙏 @coffeebondibeach
I got sick a couple months back so I cut it out of my daily routine and as my anxiety stuck around I opted to continue to leave it out of my daily routine. When I really feel like a coffee I have one, sometimes it’s once or twice a week or a fortnight but it’s only ever a delicious drop because it’s a double espresso and if it tastes like dirt it just makes me mad 🤪
I get asked all the time WHY holistic nutrition matters (not in so many words but you get it). For me, holistic nutrition gave my body a voice. I had battled with it for years and every attempt to understand what was going on under the surface failed miserably. Doctors couldn't diagnose me and couldn't provide ANY answers when I begged for an explanation. Then one day, as if fate had brought me there, I was sitting in a classroom with 30 other individuals and my teacher began to talk about something that sounded as though my body gave her the words. She explained every pain and symptom I had been dealing with and put a word to it: endometriosis. I nearly broke out in tears of joy because I finally felt validated and that it wasn't all in my head. I made an appointment with my gynecologist and went in for surgery shortly after.
This is where, when and how I fell in love with holistic nutrition and became an advocate for nutritional literacy. I want others to feel the same relief I felt and to know that there are means of getting better. Food is powerful and is capable of changing people's lives. If I can have one small part in helping someone learn to love food that nourishes them, then I'll have done my job.

It’s been exactly one week since my Lymphatic Drainage and Infrared Wrap sessions at @citysweats and I wish I was back there! I’m definitely gonna be looking into infrared saunas located in SF but I wish City Sweats moved there instead😏The Infrared Wrap was more intense than any workout I’ve ever done, the sweat is no joke. I was sweating so much afterwards too so the relaxation lounge area was the perfect place to cool down after showering. They even set up a refreshing drink and orange for you there. I also got 2 tonics from my Yelp check-in and I took them before and after the sessions. Loved every minute of it!!
One of the reasons I fell in love with this business is for its whole family approach.
We know it's hard to get a variety of fruits and veg into kids and if we are honest do they REALLY get enough? Introducing the Kids Thrive program - an easy way to boost their nutrient intake and boost their immune systems!! If you have kids 4 and over and want to see them thrive with good nutrition then now is the time to invest in their health!
Let me ask you, What does abundance mean to you? Imagine a life where you had an abundance of everything you desired. Imagine an abundance of time, an abundance of choice, an abundance of love, gratitude, wealth and health. Imagine if you could create this type of abundance for yourself and your family by helping others with their wellbeing. Imagine if, the more you were willing to give, the more you would receive. Imagine a life lived on your own terms ✨✨✨ #abundantlife
So excited about this “bread” cake!
Carrot cake with a twist.
I put some @wholefoods fresh cut pineapple, carrots and bananas into @cuisinart food processor. Once blended, I transferred the liquid mixture into @kitchenaidusa mixer, added 2 @vitalfarms eggs, @bobsredmill whole wheat pastry flour, @paradiseherbs maca up powder, @traderjoes almond meal, baking soda, @simplyorganicfoods cinnamon, ground ginger and ground cardamom, sprinkled in chopped red walnuts and unsweetened shredded coconut and @navitasorganics hemp seeds.
Preheat oven to 350 DF, spray a loaf pan, pour batter and spread evenly. Bake for 45-55min 😋
DINNER GOALZ! Really going veggie heavy lately because they are so damn good!! Plus is asparagus season (aka the best szn)
The goods: lemon garlic salmon, roasted asparagus, smashed cauliflower, and yellow beans!
In the midst of another good day. ☺️ It has been easy so far, but in my experience the beginning always is. It’s when I have been going for a while and cravings hit that I need to remind myself why I started.
I’m already noticing a few slight changes from reducing my sugar. My appetite has been more manageable, I’ve been getting to sleep a bit earlier, and my afternoon slump hasn’t been as bad as usual. And this is with still consuming added sugar here and there as I clear out my fridge/pantry. I’m very curious as to how I’ll be feeling one month in.
Being consistent is so hard for me when it comes to working out y’all . It’s hard work and I don’t like sweating, and I don’t like pain. I like the easy route to be honest 🤷🏽♀️ But I realize Nothing Changes if Nothing Changes. I pray before my workouts, and I get it done. Trusting the process, and being healthy all around on purpose🙏🏽 💪🏽

Strawberry Cashew banana bread? 🍓 I don’t think I need to talk about how good this one is, cause that’s self explanatory. Just read the recipe below👇🏼
Mash 2 bananas in a bowl. Add 2 tsp vanilla, 2 tbs maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and 1 cup of STRAWBERRY CASHEW. Stir stir stir. Separately, add 1 cup of oats, 1 cup of oat flower, 1 tsp baking soda, and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk. Combine the wet and dry ingredients. Pour in bread tin and bake at 350 for 15 minutes (or until desired consistency reached). Let cool, top with STRAWBERRY CASHEW (cause you can never have enough) then SERVEEE 👏🏼 Yay for good food
Before you do anything else, add this savory oat bowl to your weekend plans. We're SO into this @avokween spin 🌀 on oatmeal. 🙌🏻
Make a bowl of plain oatmeal (not sweetened). Stir in a touch of olive oil and sea salt. Top your oats with avocado, cherry tomatoes, full fat yogurt, and our new beet chips (for that crunch!).⠀
Add a poached egg 🥚and... voila! 💃🏼 #barebite#craveyourveggies#friday#TGIF#weekend

This is how I choose to start my day, my every day, because I value my health.
It has been almost 17 months since these babies were introduced into my family’s lives and when you understand the science behind how they are designed to work, you will never want to stop taking them!
And when I say SCIENCE I don’t mean some bogus unsubstantiated claims, I mean decades of R & D and it being the ONLY nutraceutical product on the market that is backed by 35 peer reviewed medical journals!
These products are impacting 1.5 million peoples’ lives around the 🌏 and have been around for 40 odd years.
So they are not some crazy fad, they are the real deal and will continue to be apart of my day, every day 🙌

We know what we want for brekkie! 😍 This homemade granola by @eatforbaby looks incredibly yummy!
"We added @teamgoodnessorganic cacao powder to our granola batch this week, and the kids seemed to love it just that little bit more (..... ok, so did we)!
This mix has sunflower seeds, pepitas, almonds, walnut, oats, sesame seeds, chia, cranberries, coconut flakes, and flax. With coconut oil, maple syrup, and cacao mixed through, then toasted for 10 minutes at 160 degrees C, it’s crunchy and delicious and delicately sweet. Everything you could want, really 😍"
Warm salad of wilted kale, tofu, carrot, asparagus and piccolo tomatoes with lemon, herbs, garlic, onion and a bit of white wine 😋 Salads usually taste nice but I prefer warm and hot foods in my belly... so this is my compromise 😂
Quick and easy homemade salsa ✔️
Threw a quartered white onion, jalapeño pepper, Serrano pepper, 2 garlic gloves, cilantro, fresh lime juice, and salt in the food processor for 5 nice pulses. Then threw in 6 quartered Roma tomatoes and pulsed a few more times. Super fresh, super yummy, super spicy, super easy. 😛
