Pan fried Cod 🐟 on broth
In a pan add the following:
2 chopped garlic cloves
1 chopped onion
Bunch of chopped spring onions
Fry for a few minutes in rapeseed oil
Add the following
Tin of drained butter beans
Tin of drained Cannelloni beans
bunch of chopped Swiss chard (you could use cavelo nero or kale)
Add 700ml of hot water & 1 chicken stock &1 vegetable stock. (I always use @knorruk jelly stocks)
1 tbsp of paprika powder
Stir it all & leave to simmer
In a bowl add some white flour.
You can use cod or haddock for this dish, I used cod. Just lightly dust the pieces of fish in the flour then pop into a heated pan of rapeseed oil and lightly fry for a few minutes on each side.
Serve the broth in a bowl with the piece of fish on top, season with pepper.
