Ok so I just made my best Cashew Mac yet!! I used @decadent.vegan cashew mac recipe.
Just added on a breadcrumb crumb to the top: nearly stale bread chunks, fresh thyme, garlic clove, salt and pepper - blend. And then @daiyafoods cheese shreds.
Baked on low/medium for about 25/30 mins
Also garlic roasted broccoli is the best people I don’t know how I forgot this 😫
I have a bad habit of shoving too much food in the wraps I make...9 times out of 10 they ALWAYS fall apart🤦🏼♀️ That’s exactly what happened today, but all the flavors made is worth it! A little post run lunch consisting of a whole wheat tortilla filled with cooked quinoa, cucumbers, red bell pepper, tomato, black beans and a tahini dressing🙌🏻 Wraps are probably one of my favorite lunches or dinners to make!! Super satisfying and easy to throw together😛

👉🏻 Seit über einem Monat ernähren wir uns zu Hause komplett vegan 🌱 und was soll ich sagen, mir fehlt um ehrlich zu sein nichts 😊. Man probiert viel neues aus, manches ist der Wahnsinn, manches schmeckt einem nicht. Aber so ist es ja bei allen Lebensmitteln 😀
Die meistens Hotels bieten zum Frühstück sogar Soja- oder Hafermilch für den Kaffee oder das Müsli an ☕. Nur beim Mittag oder Abendessen gibt es selten mal eine vegetarische Ausnahme, wenn vegan nicht ohne Umstände möglich ist 🤭. Allerdings bin ich überwältigt von der riesigen Auswahl an veganen Produkten in Supermärkten 🙌🏻 ohne große Umstände findet man beim Einkaufen so gut wie alles was das vegane Herz begehrt ❤️ Creme Fraiche, Frischkäse, Reibekäse, Hummus und allerlei leckere Sattmacher 🍝🍔 die meisten Produkte sind direkt in Bio Qualität und Fair trade 👌🏻 Und das zu durchaus fairen Preisen 💰
Gefühlt bin ich aktuell fitter denn je. Mag aber nicht abstreiten, dass ich es mir vielleicht auch nur einbilde 😅
Fazit: Man braucht wirklich keine tierischen Produkte in Lebensmitteln. Leider sind diese aber günstiger als die Alternativen, entsprechen unserer Gewohnheit und werden daher in der Produktion bevorzugt. 🙄
I accidentally wrote a poem 🙊 in response to non vegans criticizing Vegans for eating meat and dairy substitutes.
Hating on vegans but don’t even know where your “beef” comes from. They don’t grow burgers on farms, makes you wonder how come? Why change the cow into something unrecognizable for you to eat them? Does it make you uncomfortable they once had a family, 4 limbs, a heart and a brain? So you’ve got to remove all that and convince yourself that it’s just the food chain? Don’t know any natural meat eater that needs to disguise their animal flesh.
You just want the breasts, wings, legs, thighs, forget the rest. The bones, cartilage, liver, and spleen would just get in between you and your pleasure spot. Compared to a cow or a lion you know damn well you’re not at the top. It’s a personal choice for you to choose pleasure over health but what if your “personal choice” affects someone else?

Probiotic bacterias can be useful under many different aspects: health, cosmetic, plants growing, housecleaning... The uman being is just discovering the huge power of them. He will try to sell it for money. But bacterias are alive...they are at the base of life...and life must not be sold. .
Yesterday’s breakfast was this tofu scramble sandwich! 🤤 I actually had the deconstructed version of this which looked like a very traditional Canadian/American breakfast.
This is totally out of the norm for me cause I generally have a smoothie, toast or oats for breakfast but @njachiu was craving it so we made it and it was FANTASTIC! 🙌

한동안 이 영화를 자꾸 본 이유는 하나다
가족부터 주변 또래까지 하나씩 아프다는 소식이 들린다
내가 정말 매 끼니마다 한 번도 안 빼먹고 소화제를 챙겨먹던 모습을 기억하는 친구들은 자기 몸에 이상이 생겼다며 하나 둘 연락이 온다
내가 큰 병을 앓았던 건 아니라서 누군가 코웃음 칠 수도 있겠지만
체한 상태로 연일 산다고 상상해보면 내 중고등대학시절부터 그 이후 몇 년이 딱 그랬다
사실상 정상적인 생활이 불가능했다
(날마다 통증 부위가 달랐으니 당연히 기분이 좋을 리 없다)
그래서 아프다는 게 어떤 의미인지 조금은 안다
거기에 엄청나게 무섭고 두려운 마음까지 추가되겠지
지금은 감기도 한 번 안 걸리고 소화제를 아예 끊은지 오래 됐다
왜 이 좋은 걸 나만 누려야 하나..제발 봐주십시오😭
누구도 아프지 않았으면 좋겠다 제발🙏🙏🙏

The dairy industry is the exploitation and abuse of female reproductive systems. Cows, like any other mammal on Earth, must be give birth in order to produce milk for their young. Dairy cows (and goats) are artificially inseminated (raped) year after year until their bodies physically cannot take it anymore. The “downers” (animals who cannot stand up anymore) are churned into dog food or hamburger meat. Cows are also very similar to us in the way they carry a baby in their belly for 9 months before giving birth. Babies in the dairy industry are taken from their mothers just hours after birth. This is to prevent them from drinking the milk, even though it is intended to nourish their growing bodies. Female babies live a similar “life” that their mothers did, and males are raised and sent to slaughter for veal meat since they are deemed “useless”. Can you imagine the physical and emotional torment that these families have to experience day in and day out? They all cry out and mourn from confusion and fear. And they don’t even know why they are treated like machines. They did nothing to deserve the abuse that humans put them through. NO human being needs any animal product to live. In fact, our bodies and the planet are much healthier when we don’t consume any animal products. There is much more calcium in a glass of almond milk than there is cow’s milk!
