🌟 Baked Salmon + Tahini with Asparagus, Broccoli + Salad 🌟
•wrap the salmon, s&p, chopped dill and a squeeze of fresh lime juice in tinfoil
•bake in preheated oven at 180oc for 12 minutes
•meanwhile, lightly fry chopped red peppers and sliced spring online in oil spray
•add in asparagus, broccoli and a splash of tamari
•prepare fresh salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber and flaked almonds
•drizzle a tsp of tahini on the salmon, finish with flaked almonds and extra dill and serve 🤗

🇬🇧 One of my ripening sections.. We are raised to fear sugar. You CAN eat it in a form of a fruit or berries to it to be healthy , but not "too much". Or else you will gain weight. I eat tons and tons of fruits and berries everyday without even thinking how much im consumin. Let me ask you, have you ever known someone obese due eating some fruits? I think that the source of your weightgain is in somewhere else.

Hello Friday! Why not say yes a little healthy indulgence this weekend? I’m not going to lie, Sago is probably not the most nutritious of food sources, but it is super cheap, easy to make, high in energy, and let’s face it, really delicious. The addition of raw cacao butter gives it a velvety smooth white chocolate edge, which takes this humble breakfast-style dessert to another level 🤤

INGREDIENTS
1/3 cup Sago 
1 can light coconut milk 
2 chunks raw cacao butter 
3 tbsp coconut nectar or honey
pinch sea salt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS
Soak the Sago in half of the coconut milk for about 5 -10minutes. Do not drain after soaking.
Melt the cacao butter, coconut nectar and vanilla until well combined. Then add in the Sago, salt and remaining coconut milk. Cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a gentle boil. Simmer uncovered over a very low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture is thick and the Sago pearls go translucent (add more water if it is reducing to quickly) 
Either serve warm, or transfer to a sealable container and refrigerate until chilled.
I had mine warm with fresh banana, cinnamon, shaved cacao butter and a dash of extra mylk💛

Grill for 5min each side, until lightly golden • for caramelised onions: add sliced onions to a pan with olive oil and a pinch of salt, cook on low heat for 15mins, stirring occasionally until soft and a golden caramel colour. Add sugar and vinegar, cooking on a low heat for 5 mins • for sauce: add minced garlic, paprika and ground basil to another pan with olive oil for 2 mins, then add the balsamic vinegar until cooked away. Add tinned toms, season and simmer for 10 mins. • assemble pizza and put in oven for 10 mins, adding fresh basil at the end

I just don’t understand why people still eat meat, that meat on your plate was a living being, a cute animal with feelings! Loaded vegan tacos tonight!  Thanks @nevernotvegan for the inspo and recipes!! 😋 So I followed the recipe here but added 1/2 cup cashew creamed with some flax milk. I also added 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast extra.

🌮 Vegan tacos 📷 by @elavegan 🚨🚨Recipe: filled with kidney beans, corn, mushrooms, curry rice and vegan cheese sauce. 
Gluten free tortillas
1 cup chickpea flour (also called garbanzo bean flour) (120 g)
1/2 cup tapioca flour/starch (60 g)
3/4-1 cup water (180-240 ml)
1/3 Tsp salt
some spinach

Instructions
Process the ingredients in your food processor (or just whisk them together in a bowl). Use 3/4 + cup of water if you plan to make thicker tortillas for tacos. Add about 1 cup of water if you want to make thin tortillas for burritos
Pour about 1/3 cup of the batter into a non-stick skillet (1/4 to 1/3 cup is a good size for a taco). If you plan to make burritos use more batter for each tortilla
Gluten free tortillas recipe with 2 ingredients which are easy to make in about 15 minutes. These tortillas are wheat free, grain free, corn free and perfect for soft tacos, burritos, enchiladas, and quesadillas
Cook for two minutes on medium heat, flip the tortilla and cook on the other side for about one minute

EASY VEGAN CHEESE SAUCE
3/4 cup coconut milk canned (180 g)
3 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes (20 g)
2 tbsp tapioca flour OR arrowroot powder/flour/starch (16 g)
1/2 tsp sea salt (or to taste)
1/2 tsp onion powder (optional)
1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Pinch of smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions
Put all ingredients into a saucepan, stir continuously with a whisk, and bring the mixture to a boil
Let simmer on low to medium heat for about one minute until the sauce is stretchy

So, back in the day humans used to do a parasite cleanse every few months but now mostly only eastern cultures still do it. Im not sure why westerners think they are above it BUT THEN de-worm their pets? And, strangely, it's hard to find parasite cleansers in western medical centers and doctors laugh when their patients mention it.
But, parasites accumulate in our bodies from a number of causes. Everyone has them and should cleanse every once in a while to keep healthy. If you do it, you will lose some weight, detox, and have a lower risk of cancer. 
This was the package of my first worm pill...and I can't wait to explore more options to get rid of other parasites in my body!

You ever take a photo and then go, “is there anything at all in focus in this picture??” 😅 let’s just say the photography was very little indication of the enjoyability... except for the fact that it was rushed! This smell!!!! The photography..... the photography was rushed... not the meal... the meal was savored! the caption was rushed too!
