Your eyes looked like the epitome,
Of inevitability and silence,
And as I stood beside you,
Your motionless figure reminded me of nothing but what I never said.
What I could've said,
What I would've said,
If you were still here,
Beside me, not just in my head.
I would've told you,
About all the constellations I pretended to know,
About all the books I never read,
About all the things I wanted to have said.
But you're not here,
And I'm still staring at you,
Your lifeless form is six feet under,
Your silence sounds just like thunder.
I turn around and walk away,
And then regret,
About everything I didn't say.
In a feminine/masculine relationship, masculine energy is in most cases equivalent to logic before emotion, feminine energy is nurturing, selflessness. This, I believe, is why the men in the relationship gravitate or are supposed to gravitate towards leadership/financial support and the woman more so care/emotional support. There is a divine dynamic in our creation. And these roles are interchangeable depending on the specifics of each relationship.
BUT no man worth his salt should be making you feel less than or arguing with you about his leadership in finances. It’s easy to scream ‘I’m the MAN’ but do his actions show he believes that??? Any man on social media arguing about paying bills is a man that has not completely accepted his leadership role and is not ready to coexist with your feminine energy.
