Since hubs was gonna be eating from this, I added chicken drumsticks to feel him up 😝😝. But it’s actually filling coz he didn’t complain at all.
Really easy to prepare. -chickpeas -tuna
-tomatoes -bell pepper - spring onions
Olive oil for dressing
Mix them all up and that’s it.
I cooked my chickpeas after soaking overnight. .
My go-to restaurant meal happens to be some of my favorite foods! Salmon, broccoli & black Beans. Counting all this as 3 points in case of added oils or butter (asked for none but you never know). 🙌🏼 #dietitian#whatieat#weightwatchers

i was in vegan French pastry heaven at @lartisanebakery ! i mean...they won best croissant in miami against a bunch of non-vegan bakeries. how awesome is that?! so hard to choose from their selection but I settled on a classic croissant, chocolate croissant, guava and cheeze pastry, and an almond croissant 🥐❤️

COMMENTAIRE: @glace_bachir est un incourtanable de la rue de Rambuteau. Leur parfum achta est à la crème de lait, et enrobé de pistaches concassées. Ce pot est la taille "classique", qui peut contenir 3 boules, ce qui est déjà très conséquent vue la haute saveur en goût et la richesse de ces glaces. J'ai testé les parfums achta, amande et mûre, et ne peut que vous recommander de passer chez ce glacier pour une pause gourmande.
REVIEW: @glace_bachir is a must go / must eat if you are near Centre Pompidou. This cup can contains 3 scoops (which is already quite big as each flavour is so tasty and rich). I took achta (milk cream with crushed pistachios), almond and blackberry. All of them were amazing. I can only advise you to go there and have a blast.

4# Beloved fudge bites ❤️ I do notice a trend of healthy followed by not-so healthy 😂 but I think that’s important. If you restrict certain foods then it just makes it more likely that you will binge once you do eat it - so instead just fit them into your diet and make adjustments if needed. Everything in moderation including moderation 💫 (will find who said this quote lol)
Got home from the gym to a delicious dinner cooked by Mark. Chicken shawarma from #feasts by @sabrinaghayour (with a few tweaks, like added @sriracha_fg ) and corn on the cob. On this rest day I did 60min of Yoga, foam rolling, and stretching🌺

SNAAAACKKKKKS (insert toddler - me 5 minutes into a diet gif). I love me some snacks. This one is Keto approved and incredibly simple. Avocado + Cottage Cheese + @traderjoes everything but the bagel seasoning (how many times can I tell you I’m obsessed 🤦🏼♀️). BAM!

Made @thebodycoach chickpea blondies - I don’t know why I made them really, as I thought they’d be horrible 🤷🏻♀️ but they’re actually pretty good! No trace of chickpeas in them at all 👌🏻 need more chocolate though 😏🍪
OMG guys 😱 I’ve been walking around thinking edamame was a big fat no on #fodmapdiet for the last THREE YEARS!!! I just realized 1 cup is #fodmapfriendly and I am SO 🎉 FREAKIN 🎉 EXCITED 🎉 (pls insert Kristen Wiig SNL gif) 😆 No clue why I had engrained this into my brain, what a dum dum 🤦🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️ but I’ve had it a few times in the last couple weeks with zero issues! 🙌🏼 love that this is an easy high protein snack! I buy organic edamame from @wholefoodsnyc @wholefoods and season with a bit of salt and pepper 👌🏼😋

- mash about 1/4 of an avocado in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper, mix then spread onto a piece of toasted bread (I use @daveskillerbread)
- top with veggies of choice - I did roasted eggplant/ squash (sliced then covered in olive oil, s&p, and garlic powder, roasted in the oven preheated to 400°F for 30 minutes mixing halfway through) and onions/red bell pepper (sautéed at med-high heat in olive oil + a little sea salt)
- also topped with my favvv seasoning (mentioned above) and some micro greens!!
