Since hubs was gonna be eating from this, I added chicken drumsticks to feel him up 😝😝. But it’s actually filling coz he didn’t complain at all. 
Really easy to prepare. -chickpeas -tuna
-tomatoes -bell pepper - spring onions 
Olive oil for dressing 
Mix them all up and that’s it. 
I cooked my chickpeas after soaking overnight. .

Snack: Pork rind cinnamon cereal (don't knock it until you've tried it) with almond milk and 1/2 serving of @questnutrition cinnamon crunch protien 
Dinner: Angus beef hotdogs

I’ve been asked so many times to share what I eat a day and I’ve been doing just that in my stories. Take a look and see what I’m doing to stay on track with my lifestyle. 🙃
On my plate: grilled okra and asian glazed steak. This was experimental but the glaze was AMAZING, so I have to share!
1/3 cup @nakedcoconuts substitute soy sauce + 2 tbsp PB + 1 tsp sriracha whisk and a bowl and add to seared steak strips. Allow sauce to reduce for 3-5 mins on low and turn to a glaze top with red pepper flakes and @manitobaharvest sriracha hemp toppers. DIG IN! 😋

We pretty much snack on berries all day long in the summer. Because honestly, in the summer, we can afford it! -
We don't limit our kids when it comes to fruit and veggies... But rather let them eat till they feel satiated. However, I don't have an open kitchen policy when they're this young. When we're done with breakfast, they have to wait till snack time or lunch to eat again. Otherwise there will always be a mess in my kitchen and/or on their hands (which touch everything!)... And ain't nobody got time for that! 😬

i was in vegan French pastry heaven at @lartisanebakery ! i mean...they won best croissant in miami against a bunch of non-vegan bakeries. how awesome is that?! so hard to choose from their selection but I settled on a classic croissant, chocolate croissant, guava and cheeze pastry, and an almond croissant 🥐❤️

Ce pot est la taille "classique", qui peut contenir 3 boules, ce qui est déjà très conséquent vue la haute saveur en goût et la richesse de ces glaces. J'ai testé les parfums achta, amande et mûre, et ne peut que vous recommander de passer chez ce glacier pour une pause gourmande.

I took achta (milk cream with crushed pistachios), almond and blackberry. All of them were amazing. I can only advise you to go there and have a blast.

4# Beloved fudge bites ❤️ I do notice a trend of healthy followed by  not-so healthy 😂 but I think that’s important. If you restrict certain foods then it just makes it more likely that you will binge once you do eat it - so instead just fit them into your diet and make adjustments if needed. 1 cup flour (plain, gf, oat or buckwheat)
1 cup plant based mylk
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon

Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl with a wooden spoon. Make a well in the middle and add in all wet ingredients. Stir briefly to combine, don’t overmix, lumps are okay. The batter should be thick but pourable. Preheat a frying pan with a little coconut oil and drop in tablespoons of batter. Cook until bubbles appear, then flip and repeat. OMG guys 😱 I’ve been walking around thinking edamame was a big fat no on #fodmapdiet for the last THREE YEARS!!! I just realized 1 cup is #fodmapfriendly and I am SO 🎉 FREAKIN 🎉 EXCITED 🎉 (pls insert Kristen Wiig SNL gif) 😆 No clue why I had engrained this into my brain, what a dum dum 🤦🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️ but I’ve had it a few times in the last couple weeks with zero issues! 🙌🏼 love that this is an easy high protein snack! I think Change of little eating pattern helped to slowly come out from the plateau cycle. I lost about 1.5lb and my fat percentage has dropped about 3.5% since mid May. I am thankful and happy for this new chapter of life where i am not willing to give up and getting to know my food and body better.

- mash about 1/4 of an avocado in a small bowl and season with salt and pepper, mix then spread onto a piece of toasted bread (I use @daveskillerbread)
- top with veggies of choice - I did roasted eggplant/ squash (sliced then covered in olive oil, s&p, and garlic powder, roasted in the oven preheated to 400°F for 30 minutes mixing halfway through) and onions/red bell pepper (sautéed at med-high heat in olive oil + a little sea salt)
- also topped with my favvv seasoning (mentioned above) and some micro greens!!
