Lunch - low fat sweetcorn chicken sandwich with a banana
Dinner - baked cod fish cooked in breadcrumbs with homemade chips with cucumber and onion, hot sauce and light mayo
Snacks - no added sugar custard with a kitkat and peppermint tea
100g cucumber = 10
1/2 rice cake = 15
20g Fage 0% yoghurt = 11
Total = 36
After this my day went massively down hill. I didn’t manage much sleep again last night, so felt crappy when I woke up and craved hot chocolate. I went out for lunch with my dad and had a mini breakdown in the que waiting to order food, which was rather embarrassing. I managed to eat some vegetable soup; it was actually quite tasty 😋 however I can’t record it properly cus the cafe staff didn’t have the info and I don’t know the ingredients and quantities to work it out, so I’ve had to substitute with the nutrient content of shop bought soup which is seriously stressing me out! Then on top of both these meals I’ve scoffed a dairy milk bar, a chocolate Freddo bar AND a second helping of Fage yoghurt. Putting my days total at 715 and way above what I’m ok with. I can’t p cus it’s to late now, Im just stuck with the gross, over full feeling and the guilt and disgust that come with it.

My Sunday breakfast 💗 the simple pleasure of a newspaper and this classic meal! Had the eggs Benedict on Saturday- best brioche ever. I think they lightly torch the Hollandaise- there was a glaze that kept it in place. Small but hearty and very filling.

2 cups of rolled oats @bobsredmill
7 pitted dates
1 cup of walnuts
1/4 cup of coconut oil @nutiva
1/4 cup of maple syrup @365bywholefoods
1/2 cup of dairy free dark chocolate chips @enjoylifefoods
Mix all the ingredients in the food processor except the chocolate; press the mixture in a square pan (8x8) and pour the melted chocolate on top. Freeze overnight, cut in bar size pieces and store in a glass container in the fridge. Enjoy!

What’s your favorite meal of the day? Mine is breakfast.🍳 Breakfast and coffee (decaf) are a must each morning. If I skip breakfast, I’m a hot mess.
Also, boiled eggs are great if you don’t have much time in the AM. Just boil a bunch on Sunday and grab one or two each day. They’re also a good source of protein and healthy fats.👌

How to CONTROL your CRAVINGS 🍫🥞🍟🍕🍭🍪
Often when people say that they have uncontrollable cravings, I like to ask the question as to WHY. I often find, that cravings come when you are being overly restrictive with your diet and have little nourishment to sustain you till your next meal🙅♀️
I find that if I have a lunch with little to no nutrition( like the one on the left), I’m often left unsatisfied. Shortly after, I find myself starving and often crave a chocolate or cake. Then when I give into this craving, I end up overindulging because of genuine hunger🤷♀️
I find adding HEALTHY FATS 🥑 , COMPLEX CARBS 🍚 and PROTEIN 🍗 to my meal leaves me feeling satisfied for so much longer. This way If I want a treat I am able to enjoy my treats in moderation and feel satisfied with a small amount. This is because I am able to enjoy my treat, as opposed to bingeing because of feeling hungry! 🥗

Soooooooo you know sometimes you eat a little bit more on the weekend than you would in the week (WHICH IS SO FINE CAN I JUST ADD 👏🏼) well that was me on the weekend 🙋🏽♀️.
Yesterday (Monday) i woke up with a food baby, it was just chilling loving its life. It did not want to budge 👋🏼. About 2/3 years ago i would of REALLY restricted my food intake on a Monday because i felt guilty and that would make me feel like poop 💩. By the weekend i would just want to eat EVERYTHING again.... i am sure we all know that feeling.
WHAT DO I DO NOW??????
- i realise it is not the end of the world.
- I appreciate that i had a FAB weekend and enjoyed every mouthful.
- I really listen to hunger queues.
- DRINK ALL THAT WATER 💦because you are probs holding on to a lot of water weight.
- Peppermint tea ☕️ helps sooth my tummy.
- Get my body moving. Walk/run/gym/yoga anything.
- Remind myself i am way more than just a number on the scales ⚖️.
- Dont overthink it. I am sure by mid week you will feel funky fresh again.
- Surround yourself with people who make you feel like a badass and remind you of how bloody fab you are. BECAUSE YOU ARE ALL 10/10 ..... no no 12/10.

→역시 남들과 먹을 때.. 많이 먹는 게 문제다.. 즐겁고 배고파서가 아니라. 배부르고 먹기싫은데 '어떠하게 보이고싶어서' 많이 먹는다.
→한 3일간 밤 스트레칭을 아침으로 옮겼더니 다리가 다시 붓는다. 너무 아프네 밤 되니까.
다시 다노골반스트레칭해줘야겠다. 할 때는 별 거 아닌데 안 하면 이렇게 다리가 아프다니..

Ma la xiang guo is my favourite. Choose your favourites from a variety of ingredients and they wok-toss it all in a mixture of Sichuan peppers, dried chili soy and oil.
My fav ingredients are the ones that perfectly compliment the ma la flavour: sweet cabbage, salty spam, ‘crunchy’ enoki mushrooms, celery, fragrant cilantro and silky eggplant. Swipe left for a close up

People who have made the connection know that animals slaughtered in the animal agriculture industry have the same capacity to feel, love, play, cuddle, and think as our beloved companion animals do. Yup, chickens, turkeys, pigs, and cows all love to cuddle. Just ask anyone who has ever visited a farmed animal sanctuary (🙋🏽♀️) or visit one to experience it yourself. It’s a hard truth to live with once you understand that every time you eat animal flesh, or their milk or eggs, you are funding the death of an animal who would love you the same way your dog loves you if they were given the chance 💔 I can’t bear the thought of my dog on a transport truck to a slaughterhouse, therefore, I would never put another animal in that position. Allow yourself to make the connection 🧠🙏🏽

It has the creamiest chocolate and caramel filling with a yummy cookie base, and served with fresh berries.. it pretty much has everything I could ever want in a dessert😏🤸🏻♀️😁
To make the Base blitz:
>75g almond flour
>50g cold butter
>1 small egg
>½ tbsp. honey
Press the dough into prepared tins, prick a few times and bake for about 15 minutes. Set aside to cool. ✨
For the Caramel filling blitz :>¼ cup soaked dates
>2 tbsp coconut cream
>2 tbsp melted coconut oil
>2 tbsp cashew butter
>1 tbsp honey >½ tsp vanilla extract
The Chocolate filling was the same as the filling used for the choc-coconut tarts a few posts back. Melt:
>25g dark chocolate
>1 tsp coconut oil
>½ tsp vanilla extract >½ tsp honey
>50ml coconut cream >½ tsp vanilla extract

Second day started at 05:30 in the morning. I’ve done some meditation because I wanted to start my day with a very positive attitude.😀 After I woke up and for the rest of the morning I felt light headache. I knew it was detox symptoms because it wasn’t the first time I had experienced them. I had my lemon water. After drinking my 1,5 glass smoothy( half papaya and little bit papaya seeds, 3 bananas, pear, flaxseed) the headache has gone. My food intake slowed down my detoxification. All morning and through all day I felt energetic and light head:) It’s is a great feeling! I love it.. I hope all my days will be same. :D Throughout the day I had some banana chip as snacks, green juices ( celery, kale). For lunch I had a big bowl of fruit salad( watermelon, honeymoon melon, pear, apple ).
