In honour of self-care Sunday let's all vow to #vibehigher as we enter into a new week. Today my meditation was all about gratitude so I figured I'd share a little reminder with all of you as a token of appreciation and demonstration of my immense gratitude for this amazing community and for all that I'm blessed with. The concept of the wise mind has always been something that stuck with me as I studied the mind as part of professional and personal development. Acknowledging the unique interplay between the emotional and rational minds allows you to both appreciate and respect each one and be grateful that the two together give way to the most sought after dimension of the mind- the #wisemind . 🍻 to the wise mind which, for the record, is a constant pursuit and not a final destination. 💖#selfcaresunday#holisticwellness#wellpreneur
Today I went to the Diamond Tavern, which is located right in front of the @orioles stadium!!! They’re able to make a few of their dishes gf, including this pulled pork sandwich!!! This is a life saver because the stadium has little to no gf options for celiacs!! ⚾️
I think we can all agree that a FRIED CHICKEN TACO is a flat out, ridiculously delicious idea. 🌮🍗🌮🍗🌮🍗🌮 Three cheers to @breddostacos for making it GLUTEN FREE and turning my face into the drooling emoji. 🤤🤤🤤

Never underestimate my ability to make food disappear! It’s one of my superpowers! Don’t ask me about my others! I’m that person eating instead of talking at parties.
@grovegr offered some of the best food I have eaten in Michigan. They went through the menu with a pen and marked all the items I could have substituted to be gluten free. I said I wasn’t picky so I would let them do what they wanted and I went with more vegetables instead of the dumplings with the Duck Confit main course.
From the cold menu:
Deviled Egg Trio without the bacon, which wasn’t safe. Onion, mortadella, & pickles, pimento cheese & giardiniera. (These are the things that are included in the normal menu). I may not have actually been served all of them.
From the hot:
Shrimp and Grits -collard greens, chilies, pistachio, apple purée, pickled brassicas. I absolutely love a good shrimp and grits because it reminds me of summers spent down south and good southern food. This was exciting for me because had a bit of a curry/coconut undertone to it and was something different yet satisfying.
Duck Confit - paprika sauce, no dumplings, kale potato, charred onion, herbs, caraway glaze.
Rhubarb ice cream, which was the part of the strawberry and rhubarb crumble I could have. Most of the other desserts had peanuts and some amount of gluten but the chocolate fudge one could be made gluten and peanut safe. Because it was hot the ice cream seemed like a proper choice.
Moscow mule mock tail to drink. Perfect for a summer evening!
They have vegan and vegetarian options with a separate vegetarian menu.

➡️ #glutenfree waffle cone macaron from @danasbakery - everything they have is gluten free and everything is unreal (can vouch because ate nearly every flavor of macaron in one sitting). Special shout out to Dana’s Bakery for letting us drop by when they were CLOSED to let us pick these babies up! 🙌🏻💕

When your friends steer you in the right direction to your new favorite snack! What Gratify Foods snack would you recommend?
Last night was the VIP opening for @rhtsouthwindsorct and it was AMAZING 😍 I’m just gonna say it—I think this is my new favorite restaurant. Seriously. EVERYTHING but one item on the menu can be made gluten free and any gluten free order comes out on a red plate ❤️ I had fried pickles as an app and, for the first time in probably 8 years, I had pulled pork mac and cheese 🧀 I almost cried it was so good 😂 It officially opens on June 18th and if you’re even somewhat close, RUN there 🏃🏼♀️ .
