Fun fact for your day.....! To be economical the brain remembers patterns of motions.
Right so what does that mean....??? It means that the brain will imprint and hardwire your muscles towards that task. Now that's all well and good if we are doing complex movement tasks that require dexterity and precision in all ranges of motion like our friend here in the picture.
However for many of us we have a fairly limited set of patterns we do with our body and that just makes the body wire its self to only be proficient in those tasks. The issue comes then when for a small number of hours out of the week we do something out of our ordinary patterns say hockey, trying to do a back flip or a weekend of mountain biking where problems arise.
You should do all thoes things. But you also need to prepare your body adequately for those tasks....enter eldoa. What the exercises do to prehab the body is miraculous...why? Because the positions literally strengthen the body towards having no pattern to it. What this does is ready the brain to use the body to its full potential. The brain is a bit of a cheater and will try to be lazy...but eldoa reignites the brain and muscles to get back into action but more importantly it's dissolving the brain of the poor habits and creating an environment where it has to activate more parts of the whole.
So if you want to drastically improve range of motion and flexibility and really feel yourself reaching beyond your perceived potential this is a method to learn a few mintues of.

How you feel and what's going on in your body are usually about as far away from each other as looking to the horizons.
What I usually hear when with a new client taking history: "I workout three mornings a week how is my back this bad"
"Shit I was bending down to pick up a 🍉 I can't believe that's what has taken my back out"
"Man I turned around to give my daughter a toy in the back seat, now I can't turn my head"
Those legacy injures that we sustaind years ago often come back years later and 🐢 us.
What's been highly effective and useful about the E.L.D.O.A method is it works to address both the acute and what has been at the root of today's current setback.
A private session entails developing an assignment of homework exercises that are stretching the tight and strengthening the wesk muscles simultaneously all the while decompressing the joints most involved in both the root and acute.
Each person is equipped with a very specifc outline on where, when and for how long to use the exercises. The exercises are literally strengthening your bodies mechanisms that help it recuperate faster. This method of exercise incorporates well with both manual therapy and on going training and life requirements.
Recuperate faster, work harder and play longer.

This is so true! We think that everyone thinks the same way we do. #wethinkdifferent I guess it makes us feel better about ourselves, but it is not so. I’ve heard people say, you do this, everyone does. Nope! We may be alike and we like someone because they are like us but we still have different thoughts and processes. #fearfullyandwonderfullymade We are all different. We may do some of the same things sometimes but it doesn’t mean we think the same. Thank God! The one who thought to build this Great Wall definitely thought differently than others! I wonder how many said it can’t be done or you’re crazy? I have to redirect my thoughts at times and even cast some out! What we choose to think on and accept into our lives is important. Philippians 4:6 says, “Whatever is true, lovely and of good report, think on these things.” Proverbs, As a man think so is he. God can give us His thoughts. Inspired thoughts like I believe this mans thought to build this wall had.
