Having a husband who cooks... is awesome! Doing a little trial run on Christmas veggies. He mad Brussel Sprouts, Squash, Asparagus, Onions, with pecans, cinnamon, and maple syrup on the grill. Delish!!!

I notice something different today in my thoughts. My intuition tickled me and advice me to get a little more intimate with my follwers. I will be posting a little more about my daily lifestyle. Just a little OMG moment 🤩 I wore these jeans to a christmas party last year. I remember I almost didn’t go because I felt like I had nothing to wear that fit me. These jeans were the only thing that fit in my wardrobe but they were sooo tight and gave me mad muffin top. I had to pair these jeans with an oversized shirt to hide the muffin top. I was so miserable the whole night because I was so uncomfortable inside and out. Now here we are. The journey has been up and down and a lot of learning. Am I where I thought I’d be? No. But I am embracing the journey and learning at every moment. I need to be reminded on the daily that I have come so far because DAMN.

Mickey Mouse Crocs have been a staple in our world for years. If you haven’t yet noticed, we are Mickey Mouse people. In our home, Mickey stands for creativity, excellence, dreaming, and wonderful family time.
Will was made fun of day 1 of 1st grade for wearing these because to those who don’t know better, Mickey is for babies. We’ve had some good talks about approval and using wisdom about who you give the power to be a mirror in your life.
He doesn’t wear them to school because he’s human and he cares what people think. He knows most certainly that he’s not a baby but it’s hard to disregard the criticism of others.
I was reminded this morning again of the amazing gift we have in Christmas. In Jesus, God offers you a seat at the table regardless of where you are or what you’ve done. Shame, warts and all, you are welcomed with love and grace to a place where the mirror shows you again and again that you are created deeply loved, accepted, and valued no matter what your nay sayers say.
In the midst of all that Christmas time brings, I encourage you to remember who you really are and to rock your version of Mickey Mouse Crocs in your life with the confidence of a deeply loved and uniquely created dear one!

The number one reason for mistakes and not enjoying life is stress.
It is so important to make you a priority and make time for you to destress. Trust me no living thing ever lives a long happy life if it's streseed every day! •
So let's take at least 5 minutes everyday in the morning and at night to close our eyes take a few deep breaths and concentrate on being grateful not on the things to do.
"EVERYTHING IS WORKING IN MY FAVOUR." Your prayers, visualizations and intentions are manifesting. The time has come! Trust that a sudden breakthrough will occur. You’re about to manifest in a major way. Faith is part of the process. Knowing that things will work out for the better. Believe and you will receive.
So this workout was a new kind of challenge for me.
