Oh happy day! :) I'm up an at 'em super early today. (We know how that challenging is for me.) Today's going to be a pretty intense day, so I wanted to make sure I have my handy-dandy mindfulness tools at the ready.
Here are a few mindfulness exercises you can use today too:
1. Be Present - sit quietly and observe little details around you. Often times we move through life too fast to notice.
2. Mindful Breathing - focus on your breathing for a couple of minutes. This is helpful anytime you're feeling a little stress or anxiety.
3. Mindful Thinking - become aware of your thoughts. What do you say to yourself, is it positive or negative? Notice how what you say makes you fee.
This is a start! <3

Those moments when you want to quit... remember why you started. And drink coffee. And meditate. And get shit done. . .
It's so easy to get stuck in a self-pity party. It's always "another day" or I'll change my life on Monday. Why do we always put our well-being on hold? We tell ourselves we are undeserving of happiness not by what we tell ourselves but by how we treat ourselves everyday. . .
I for one, am a master at that. But not today folks. With a little help from the universe and the God of Starbs and well the biggest game changer, a mindset makeover. I'm not living for tomorrow anymore. I'm living for right now. . .
When you use your money to improve your health, body and wellness you are not “spending” money you are “investing” money. -
Why investing? Because your body is the only one you are ever going to get. If you are feeling tired, out of shape or living an unhealthy lifestyle than how do you think that is going to change if you don’t change what you are currently doing.
I used my money to get help. I used my money to make me better. Invested in my health and fitness so I can feel better. I started spending more on my food and supplements, on my gym membership and even a trainer because I had no idea wtf I was doing. -
Honestly there is no price on your health and well being.
