From a pre-existing product we were able to create a range of generic parts that could be used between multiple products, not only reducing the confusion but simplifying production, ordering, warehousing tracking. We also redisigned parts to reduce their production cost through material choice, complexity, and stock use, as well as reduced fabrication time through design of jigs, alignment slots, simplified parts and most importantly well set out and easy to understand drawings and assembly documentation.
Designing and building a caravan from scratch may seem like a huge task, by breaking a project up into smaller parts allows you to concentrate your energy into getting each step right. This machine is designed to tilt standard size pallet bins using an avalible air supply completely isolated using safety fencing and a safety light curtain across the loading area. Loaded via forklift with upto 500kg this pallet tilt table fed an automated packing machine for passionfruit.
