I'm currently on holiday with my work colleague & friend @kasiaz_fitness
We both decided a little RnR was on the cards & took off on a last minute weekend away up north, we are both working towards some exciting goals at the moment 👀💪 so this was not an excuse to let loose on our nutrition and loose sight of our priorities.
Yes occasionally we all need a break - some time out to just chill, but if you want something and set yourself a goal its important to make sure your lifestyle is aligned with those goals, Yes you 100% can enjoy a holiday and stay on track with your nutrition!
It all comes down to mindset is your Why stronger than short term satisfaction? Reaching any goal takes more than just hard work i believe it takes a mental switch 💡 A simple decision that what you want is more important to you than a temporary, momentary desire being met. #foodforthought

Lets Talk about Hydration For weight loss : ☝🏻🥛
Drinking enough water is so easy to forget, but it’s to weight-loss success. Staying hydrated can help you burn more calories, curb overeating, and shed pounds. A lack of water consumption can be detrimental to your body. If your hydration levels drop by only 2 percent, you may experience fuzzy thoughts, lack of concentration and difficulty focusing visually. If you often feel fatigued in the middle of the day and cannot figure out why, dehydration is likely the culprit, which in turn makes exercise difficult to perform.
My Top 5 Hydration Tips :🥛
1. Bring a bottle of water with you wherever you go.
2. Give it some zing! Add a slice of lemon or lime to a glass of water – a refreshing pick-me-up first thing in the morning! Or Add just few drops of squash in your water. It will make a huge difference. Coconut water is another option for staying hydrated. 3. Drink water before you exercise. This will replace fluid lost through sweating.

🤗I used to always wear long vest tops under my normal tops to cover over my bum because I thought that would somehow disguise it. And the tops were always looser to skim over my ‘belly’. What an awful way to live your life everyday, to be criticising yourself, basically bullying yourself and feeling miserable in everything you wear. 😞I didn’t want to live like that anymore because it was making me so unhappy. .
❤️Some people have the confidence in whatever body shape they are in to love themselves and feel at ease and to those people I truly salute you!!! .
🖤I’ve had to build that confidence through this weight loss transformation. With every workout, every week of changing my eating habits, was a step closer to starting to feel good about what I was seeing in the mirror. .
🤗I gradually started to remove the negative talk in my mind and it was being replaced with things like “come on Georgia you got this, you can do this!”. 🤩Those affirmations to myself on a daily basis have switched my mind into a much healthier place which allows me to not be so harsh on myself. 😃To actually appreciate that I’m a human & I deserve to be looked after - and instead of looking for someone/something else to do that for me, I realised it had to be ME who looked after ME💪🏻❤️
