I accompanied Farrah to a live music thing tonight and she was nice enough to buy me dinner. The BBQ was FANTASTIC. The ribs were falling off the bone, the hot links were spicy and well flavored. I ordered a green salad and coleslaw for my sides. I only had a few bites of the coleslaw but it was pretty good. I gave the garlic bread away, obviously but I really did think the meat was good! .
I actually straightened my hair and wore some jeans out. It was a pretty big deal to my friends.
The band was really good but I couldn't get past the one dude wearing lady pants that hugged his dick and balls so tightly that I was sure I could see each of his testes separately. It was so distracting and so mesmerizing. I couldn't look away! And I hated every second of it. But I just kept staring. Which must have been the reason he wears those lady pants.
I’ll be honest.. I already LOVED my Job.. and I was already loving helping people transform themselves BUT now!! Holy Cow I love my job isn’t even the right words...
A few weeks ago I attended a training seminar with @coachmarkcarroll “The Art of Gen Pop Transformation” and I swear I learnt more in one day then I did in all of my entire training, courses etc..
Incorporating Mark’s methods into the way I work the second I got back from Melbourne has been incredible!! I mean check out these results for only 3.5 short weeks!! WOW!

ATTACK! Attack any negative pathways which has ever held the client back from any kind of results.
We take ACTION and create MOMENTUM!! We eliminate any limiting lifestyle factors to get results, I learnt that a soft approach doesn’t always work and that if someone wants change bad enough they will listen and WORK and when you tell them what needs to be done rather than ask them then the results start rolling in the Momentum has been created and that good day, turns into a good week and that good week turns into a good month and BAM we have clients kicking goals left right and centre! You need to WORK, take ACTION, ATTACK and create MOMENTUM!! Eliminate Doubt, create TRUST!
And this is just the tip of the iceberg.. The information, the methods and the knowledge @coachmarkcarroll has provided me with is EPIC! Bring on the rest of these transformations! Bring on 2019! And lastly THANKYOU @coachmarkcarroll for sharing your knowledge the way you do, your seminars are next level and something every coach needs to be apart of! FASTING INCREASES HGH by @harefit_
The muscle you see here on Hugh Jackman was made while he was fasting...
So many believe fasting will mean muscle loss but this is simply not true. If anything it increases hormones in your body that build muscle such as HGH...
HGH, produced by the pituitary gland, spurs growth in children and adolescents. It also helps to regulate body composition, body fluids, muscle and bone growth, sugar and fat metabolism, and possibly heart function. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Both showed that fasting actually increases levels of HGH.
To bring this back down from the sciency stuff, when you start fasting you're still eating the right amount of food for your goals i.e high protein to maintain lean muscle.
You get to then compound this with the enormous benefits of fasting as you'll also now get an increase in HGH to build and repair muscle plus a load more but you'll need to stay tuned to learn more about that 😉

One last #facetofacefriday currently R1D18. I have a jawline. My double chin is disappearing. I’m feeling better everyday. The more compliant I am, the more I lose. I still struggle with working out but i know I’ll get better. This is only the beginning! .

Dec 2003 vs Dec 2018
I may not be where I want to be, but I'm content everyday knowing I've come so far from where I used to be. Lost 140lbs without the use of surgery, prior to having to have reconstruction surgery, post weight loss, due to increased back pain.
The next step is here & I will be meeting for a surgical consult on Tuesday for Surgery #2 , tentatively scheduled for Summer 2019. The process is approx 6 months long in order for insurance to cover it, but I've put so much work into getting here now, that I can't foresee myself stopping at this point.
From cardio bunny to lifting heavier. I had a skinny fat/chubby phase before the before photo 😂 hence why I used the term cardio bunny and hence why I look a lot skinner. Nothing wrong with the left photo, I just found that I wasn’t happy with where I was.
I share it quite often but I got cyber bullied a lot growing up and was made fun of in real life for that matter. I still remember to this day when I was deadlifting JUST the bar, I was laughed at because I struggled THAT BADLY. Little did they know where I was in my fitness journey and that I had metal in my spine which actually played a huge role with my fear. So my point is, don’t ever judge anyone in the gym just because of what you see on the outside. You have zero idea of where they are in their journey and you should be happy that they’re actually making it to the gym and making a commitment to a healthier lifestyle. It goes both ways, stop caring about what other people say or think of you because they don’t understand what you’ve been through and you don’t have to take time out to prove to them what you’re all about.
Just keep your head down and focus, results always talk. Anyway, have an amazing week everyone! RECHARGE YOURSELVES AND CONQUER THE WEEK! I’ll be at the gym this Tuesday so I’ll keep in touch with y’all then ❤️💪💪💪
