Remember when you asked me for a sneak peek into my gym bag? Here it is! I have a few go-tos that I love and keep me on track for my macros (carbs, fats, proteins, calories) each day. I love my tuna creations, they are a quick fix and great way to get flavorful protein without any fat. Do not be surprised if you see me driving down the road eating one. (tip: I also put them in my purse as emergency snacks). .
Another thing I love is my daily banana, and often times two a day. This is usually the first thing I eat, as well as a great post recovery snack after a workout. .
I also love the bread, (this is weird but I like to eat it with my iced coffee it) its only 90 calories, 10 carbs,  0 fat and 9 grams of protein, plus it's BREAD! .
I also enjoy a good crunch and will get a lower in fat (try to stay around 4-5 grams per serving) cracker, (NOT FAT-FREE). Following the serving size. .
Always water!!! .
Then this is my gym bag so I have my favorite pre-workout because without it I wouldn't want to ever work out. (Try to get a natural pre-workout that is amino or bcaa based). .
Then a good set of wireless headphones and shoes fit for the workout that day. ,
The shoes you lift in and the shoes you run in should be different. If you do not have the money for both get the running shoes and lift in them. (Still not sure? A neutral shoe is usually a safe bet, you do not want a big heal).

Last night we took the picture on the right because I wanted to see what it felt like holding 90 pounds- the amount of weight I lost. It was extremely hard, I could barely pick it up & I made some guy re rack it for me. Which is crazy to think I had that much weight on me ! And because I knew at some point I did this before, I found the picture on the left which was when I lost 50 pounds. It’s crazy to me that, that is only a 40 pound difference! It’s a 40 pound difference, but it’s also cardio vs weight lifting as well. Back in 2015, all I did was run. Last night we took the picture on the right because I wanted to see what it felt like holding 90 pounds- the amount of weight I lost. It was extremely hard, I could barely pick it up & I made some guy re rack it for me. Which is crazy to think I had that much weight on me ! Staying macro (carbs, proteins, fats) friendly with this actually delicious tasting homemade pizza is easy: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 pre-made nann 🥖 bread
1 can ORGANIC (so important for men in tomato sauces) tomato paste, add a little water and seasoning to taste. Mix in bowl and top pizza. 
1/4 cup low-fat mozzarella cheese 
1 4oz chicken breast cooked to taste. (I like lemon and chicken seasoning). .
Top your pizza, melt the cheese in the oven or microwave and enjoy!

Do you need to have a ranch? Ranch (fat free 🙄) and buffalo wing sauce mixed together makes a great alternative for dipping AND pizza sauce sub, as seen in this picture!

🤢I used to be so sick. Here's a side angle but I'm not the best at taking photos of me lol. I am happy! I haven't lost any significant weight in the last few weeks but I already hit my first goal which was to be 160. Bam! Accomplished!Now I have a new goal and it isn't more weight loss...it's the goal of consistently! Having that schedule and following that routine. Small goals become great habits. I Still have stretch marks everywhere and I still deal with strength issues but I am literally just 10lbs away from my new goal of 150. I knew being so heavy before that the weight loss would leave me with loose skin that is so difficult to take off it's crazy, it hangs there like a tub of jello lol, but I am generally feeling great about how I look regardless. I can live with it but I am working on it. Could I be doing more? Heck yes! These last few months of my son being out of school drained me and I had almost no routine. Trying to stay on plan has been so difficult in terms of getting a workout in when I am always having to walk long distances in this heat, I get constant headaches, back pain, and do things for my son. But school has started so it's back in the game. I have been  doing much of the 80 day obsession but I'm afraid I started it at a time when it wasn't the easiest to fit it in but I'm not starting it over, just continuing the journey. Those workouts are amazing! I still have some fat on my body so trying to do some things is hard when I am lugging 160lbs.i do think as time progresses and the fat is burned and the muscles are toned it won't seem so hard. But to get to that level I have to keep fighting for me. Expect to see a lot of that out of me what with all this free time now I'm super excited!! ❤MESSAGE ME❤ if you're interested in having me as your health coach.

The process of breaking through denial, facing your fear, anger, and other difficult emotions, and making peace with your pain, leads to an ending of the internal war with yourself so that you can step fully into the greatest expression of yourself.
Finding the wisdom inside the wounds you've endured is one of the most important conversations you'll ever have with yourself, because on the other side of it is the emotional freedom and depth of joy that you were born to have.

With a lot of new followers out there I wanted to take the time to tell you a little bit about me and 3 Degree Fitness. :
My journey was never easy in the realm of weight loss, I had no idea where I was or who I was becoming. Going into college I was 70plus pounds overweight and didn't know the choice I was making were the wrong ones. : 
I have a family history of morbid obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes you name it my family has it. It was not until I started paying attention to my roommates around me that I noticed a difference. I still remember going to the gym for the first time in my life in my slippers because that was all I owned. As a soccer player and dancer, I was active but no one told me just how overweight I was. :
I lacked education and I was determined from that moment on to fix it. Fast forward 4 years, 70 pounds lighter, I was developing an eating disorder. I thought it was okay to only eat 400 calories a day and run 7miles, so it was like I was eating nothing. :
Fast forward another 4 years, where I ate over 1600 calories a day, changed over 500 lives working in corporate fitness, and box gyms, growing into a healthy and holistic (real food, real people, real results) trainer along the way. I realized I can help people without having them forgo the $125 a session rate, I do not have to be present every session to help them. I started out with just boot camps locally while working at the box gym and one thing lead to the next, and I was helping over 10 clients a month online and another 10 in person. : 
3 Degree Fitness was born and I have since helped over 10,000 (and climbing) corporate and online clients make positive changes in nutrition, fitness, and overall health. :

I help support women achieve their fitness and nutrition goals. I support them through accountability, knowledge, and community support so they can achieve results they've dreamed of {**and I've NEVER been a fitness GURU but I've done the journey myself}. The difference maker is the sisterhood my clients are introduced to, the flexibility in the programming and the inspiring success stories to keep them going. 💚 What is the actual time commitment?
This depends on what your goals are. In the beginning, when you're first starting out, more time is required to get onboarded and learn all about how you help and support your clients (**it is self-paced). Once you get yourself onboarded, some coaches spend 1-2 hour per day {*broken up as they see fit as this is totally flexible!} and others have more less/time to commit. It just depends if you are going at this from a full-time or part-time angle. 💚 How will I be supported?
You'll have a TON of support as you will join a team of coaches who have been part of the team anywhere from 1 to 5 years! You'll have me to help, a community of women to support you and a ton of other women who will be doing the journey with you. You’ll have tons of opportunities for training calls and support from the best of the best! We have summits and Super Success days and a ton of resources for you to pull from! You'll never be in this alone!

1. I want to earn a large income so I’m able to give back to my family and friends most importantly! ❤️💰 2. I want to be able to travel the world and discover Gods amazing Earth, while working from any location! ✈️ especially Paris and Israel 
3. I want to retire on a beach home! Because I so love water 💦 and the warm sun ☀️ 🏝

4. I want us to own our very own boat some day 🛳⚓️ And I want the freedom to spend my time how I see fit for my family! Home schooling 📙Luke from Hawaii 🏖 doesn’t sound so bad 😍

I found the first pic on my computer and I almost completely forgot about it. It’s my true “before” pic. This was 4 years ago right before I started Insanity Max:30. It was also when I was at my heaviest weight after college (I got to an even heavier weight in college, more on that later) I got to a point where I just hated looking in the mirror and I was starting to hate the person looking back at me. “How could she let this happen?” “How could SHE let me go like this?” .

I knew I had to do something. So I took the last bit of money I had in my checking account, literally, and I purchased the Insanity Max:30 Challenge Pack. I followed the 60 day program to a T. Drank my superfood shake EVERY. DAY. Ate only clean healthy foods, didn’t have a single cheat meal or a drop of alcohol and after 60 days I dropped 10lbs and 15inches overall. .

Fast forward to today and I found myself in the same situation....at one of my heaviest weights, feeling like I let myself down. Some might call this a failure because I lost all that weight 4 years ago and gained it all back, but I’m currently down 17lbs and am loving my results and myself again. .

In 3 weeks, I have lost 8 inches! 
Wait, FReAKING WHAT! 
I took my progress pictures just like any other week! I feel amazing. I am proud of the way I look. I compared them and thought, ya good job girl. But honestly, all I kept thinking is I can’t wait for those half way mark pictures and waiting to step up my game this week, and then I pulled out my tape measurement. 
I have lost 3 inches in my waist! 
I have lost 3 inches in my hips! 
I have lost 2 inches in my boobs. 😂 Whyyy 🤷🏼‍♀️
That’s a total of 8 inches in 3 short weeks.
Not to mention I have also lost 5 pounds! 
12 workouts excatly, a simple and easy meal plan, and cheat meals included in that. Aka: yes I had ice cream, wine & other treats, I’m not perfect!
