A dream is something you desire to achieve, like a "dream body" maybe you have this perfect version of yourself or this body you would like to achieve but you do not take action on it. Sure you workout but you don't really get down put on your big girl boots and grind away!
You see a dream is somthing we imagine for ourselves but in our subconscious determine we are not really going to achieve it and that's okay. .
A goal through a goal is something we put heart, passion, and work into. We wake up each day and take action on this to be it big or small we put in the work that we know will get us there! .

The picture on the left was me at the VERY beginning of my journey. I was about 8 months postpartum with my first son. I was having a hard time adjusting to life as a new mom AND my #newmombod 😕
I didn't like who or what I saw in the mirror. I let the scale dictate my self worth and would be embarrassed if even a glimpse of my stomach was visible when breastfeeding. And don't let it be in public 😔
I was having a hard time adjusting to my "new" life and was a very unhappy person. They was NO way this mommy was getting in a 2 piece 😩
The picture on the right is 3 years into my journey. This is my #mombod Post-Zs (I say this because both my sons' names start with "Z")
There are still days where I struggle with self love and self worth but that's what this journey is about. It's about learning and growing as you go 😏
I no longer let the scale dictate my feelings or define me. And for the most part, I like what I see in the mirror .
If you would've told me 3 years ago that I'd be COMFORTABLE in a 2 piece AFTER having 2 c-sections? MAN! I'd say you were CRAY CRAY 😜
Even though I've come a long way, I still have a ways to go. I'm still a work in progress both physically and mentally but what I can say, I am no longer that woman in the picture on the left
I'm a mommy times 2 who is DEFINITELY learning to embrace my "new" normal and my #momcurves 😉

I’ll be the first to admit the physical difference in these before and after pictures is minor. Sure the pounds and inches lost are exciting, but the mental gain and overall way I feel is my favorite result.
Over the past 21 days I followed a meal plan of relatively healthy eating (80/20). I ate lots of fruits, veggies and protein rich meals. I drank a lot of water. I did my best to decide if certain foods were really worth the indulgence. At the same time I also enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner, birthday celebrations and of course donuts.
In addition to eating healthy I worked out 6 days a week for anywhere from 25 minutes to an hour depending on the day. The workouts were a combination of speed and strength agility workouts I wasn’t exactly used to at the beginning of this program, but somehow grew to enjoy.
My clothes fit better, I’m stronger and I feel happier. I learned getting up before the sun to workout makes me feel accomplished and being uncomfortable is where real growth happens. I’m proud of myself for sticking to a routine for 21 days - results happen when you put in the effort.
Do you know how to drive .... it’s the skinny pedal! .
When your in a car do you contenstly look down at the brake and the gas pedal before choosing which one to push? .
Hopefully not, right? Why is that ... because you have taken the time to invest in someone to teach you how to drive and now that you have been driving for a while your brain naturally knows what to do! .
Dieting, fat loss, weight loss it’s all the same principle! Take the time to invest in yourself with a trainer so you can have the same muscle memory you do when your driving. .
The reason you have failed before it not because you have not tried it’s because what you have been trying may not have been the best thing for your goals.
If you drove for the first time in your life without any instructions, you might generally have an idea of what to do. After all you have seen your mom, your friend and people you know driving and they seem to do fine with it so why can’t you?
I mean after all the diet that worked for your friend should work for you the same way right? Wrong!!!!! Invest in yourself, and grow through this phase of life so you can move on to bigger and better things! .
Online training is the best way to reach your goals without the constant need to be in the gym at set time, not to mention the cost difference! I love helping my online client reach their goals and sending them on their way. Your not just losing weight or fat your learning too! .

Here’s the thing. You can be like everyone else trolling social media, trying to find the answers. Or you can get out there and find out. :
Don’t be a bystander in this life. Wishing you had what it looks like others do. :
Social media is deceptive y’all. Take action on your goals rather than comparing yourself to the achievements you think others are making around you. :
Remember you only think you know the story of the person across the screen or beside you. :
We all have a true story. A not so shinny side. Working with a trainer like me who knows their stuff is a great way to dig in deep into your goals. :
Are you ready to stop trolling and start living?
Are you scared? Don’t be. I have been where you are and I can tell you the moment you let go of this idea of fear from other opinions you will truly grow. :
Be careful your not comparing yourself to someone who has been working on their goals for years. :
Take me for example when I first started my journey I thought it was okay to only way 500 calories a day. Now I eat right at 1600! :
It’s scary because it’s new, and your unsure. I can assure you your not alone when your working with me for online training!
I am going, to be honest with you guys, Some days its hard. It's hard to be motivated, its hard to stay true to yourself and it's hard to balance it all. :
That is because we can not be expected to do it all alone. We need help, we need support and quite frankly we need a higher power to get through the hardest of days and to bring him praise on the best of days. :
Pushing through the hard moments can make a difference in your goals but knowing when it is time to step back and let your body rest is just as important. :
Overuse syndrome is a real thing. Stress, anxiety, lack of sleep all affect your bodies ability to perform. :
Maybe your goal is weight loss, maybe it is just to be healthy and remain balanced. Or maybe your just working out to feel better and fit better in your clothes. :
The point is no matter what your goal is some days are harder than others and pushing through because you think you have to be mentally strong can sometimes lead to overuse syndrome and injury. :
Take time to take a break, take a few days off, spend time with loved ones and remained balanced.

Why do we spend so much time comparing ourselves to others?
So what if we don’t have the same style, the same hair, the same body type, the same personality 👌🏼
Isn’t that what makes us special? That we are D I F F E R E N T 🙃
I remember so many times thinking I wasn't enough, or not good enough, not pretty enough, not smart enough by comparing myself to other people. I lost so many opportunities, and missed out so many chances to make friends & social events by being in my own damn head.
If we keep comparing ourselves, or try to be like someone else- we are throwing away our own happiness. Be unique. Wear the clothes you love. Get the crazy tattoos. Listen to the loud bold music. 🎉
If you’re always trying to be “normal” you’ll never know how amazing you can actually be. ✨
Just be yourself. Follow your dreams. Don’t let other people influence you or bring you down. This is Y O U R life. Let people see the real, raw, imperfect, flawed, quirky, weird, beautiful, magical person that you really are 💕

This year is going to be so much better. Being able to be present for the small moments that make these holidays so special. 🤞🏻💕 Being able to provide for my family, and give to others the way I’ve always wanted to. Not letting my own mental health, and overall poor health get in the way of enjoying these times. 💪🏼💋👏🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I mean this obvious huge physical transformation is nothing compared to how much has changed with my mental transformation. I am forever thankful for this journey and how much my life continues to grow and change. I remember thinking 🤔 that each and every new “diet” would be the one to help me! I just wanted to lose 7 pounds which would put me at my post baby number 2 weight! .
