🔥 3 Options to Lose Fat 🔥

There’s a million reasons why people fail to lose fat, but somewhere at the top of that list is just a fundamental lack of understanding of the scientifically proven principles of how to lose fat.

To show you exactly what I mean, let’s start this off with a list of things that DON’T cause fat loss.

Things That DO NOT Cause Fat Loss:
Eating healthy.
Eating “clean.”
Eating less carbs.
Eating less fat.
Eating less junk food.
Eating less sugar.
Eating 6 smaller meals per day/every 3 hours.
Eating “good” foods instead of “bad” foods.
Not eating after 7pm.
Cardio.
Weight training.
Building muscle and/or getting stronger.
And MUCH more.
These are all things that can definitely HELP a person lose fat and can definitely assist in the overall fat loss process. But, in and of themselves, not a single thing on that list actually causes fat to be lost.

This seems unreal to me. I can’t believe it at all. Its funny how every day that I step on the scale, I’m grumbling for being the same weight or only down .2 of a lb. but in the end, it adds up.  You just gotta see the bigger picture! If someone told me in August that I’d be 70lb down by Christmas, I would have laughed in their face. Just goes to show that if you stick with it, your results will be here before you know it. .

Morning guys!! Now I know I normally do weigh ins on Tuesday but I couldn’t hold in my excitement I’m down 30 pounds since surgery!!! I’ve been waiting to hit this morning so I feel like I can move forward. I sat down with my surgeon yesterday and he agreed that I should be a little further on than I am so he sent me to the nutritionist who I will meet with monthly now to keep me on the right track!
She told me what I was doing wrong and I already knew it but it was good to have someone yelling at me saying stop your self destructive eating habits! I was consuming way to many calories over the course of hours. So although I can have a giant meal in one sitting I was stretching out how much I could eat by grazing every 20 mins. That is a habit that has to stop!! So my goal for this up coming week is to eat my meals over the course of 20 mins whatever I didn’t finish I put away for the next meal. My portion sizes were also too big so I need to maintain the rule of thumb no bigger than my hand! Feeling more confident today than I have in weeks

At the end of the day, you're going to be socialising a little more than often.

You're going to be practically force fed on Christmas day, just because.

Es hat sich ja vieles verändert in diesem Jahr, aber können wir mal über meine Beine reden? 😍
Ich hab das früher oft gemacht: mich hinter Dingen/Leuten zu verstecken, um auf Fotos nicht so kräftig zu wirken. Deshalb gibt das Bild vom letzten Jahr leider auch keinen besonders guten Vergleich ab, da man sowieso nicht viel von mir sieht.
Umso mehr hab ich mich über das diesjährige Foto gefreut, als ich es, zu Hause angekommen, dann gesehen hab.  Mir wäre es wahrscheinlich nicht mal aufgefallen, hätte Herr 🐿 mich durch seine Nölerei nicht drauf aufmerksam gemacht: "Viel zu dünne Beine! 😐".

Beim frontalen Blick in den Spiegel sehe ich noch immer nur selten eine große Veränderung. Meine Beine sehen in meinen Augen immer noch deformiert aus. Man kennt das: wenn so viel Fett im Gewebe lagert, dass Beine zu X-Beinen werden. Das Gewatschel, das daran anschließt, ist bis heute mein persönlicher Albtraum.
Herr 🐿 wollte irgenwann mal von mir wissen, wie viel ich eigentlich abnehmen möchte, und ich antwortete damals, mein Ziel sei es, gerade zu werden. Also so, dass obenrum die Schultern die breiteste Stelle sind (anstelle der Oberarme) und untenrum die Hüfte (anstelle der Oberschenkel).
Fotos helfen mir ungemein dabei, den Fortschritt auf dem Weg dahin zu erkennen. Deshalb freue ich mich tierisch über das eine dünne Bein da oben! 😅

As of age 15 I've been trying to lose weight. Looking back I remember how people use to criticize me over my weight. However this didn't really encourage me to eat less and lose weight, on the contrary, I found comfort in unhealthy and fatty foods and hence I got even heavier than before. I didn't grasp how bad my situation was. One day I looked at myself in the mirror and finally decided that I have to do something in order to change my life. 
I tried a few kinds of diets and exercises but always gave up after only 1 or 2 months.
In the last year I finally managed to lose 25 kg of my weight! I have to assert that it wasn't easy but IT IS POSSIBLE!
I started to plan a weekly menu made up of more veggies and less carbs. Planning ahead of time was crucial to my success.
Another important note is regarding diversity: I always try to make different variations of the same food. I don't intend to get bored and get tempted to eat unhealthy carbs. Finally my stomach started shrinking and I got full from smaller dishes and portions of food.
In the first half of the past year I managed to eat right and go for long walks yet the results were poor so I replaced it with 4-6 days a week of intensive cardio workouts and this led to a fall of 1 kg of weight per week.
At first it was tough but eventually the pain of the beginning went away. I even started enjoying it but most importantly: I started seeing results.
As for myself I can tell you that I am happier person, I love myself more than ever and my leg pain (from standing up) has vanished.
It isn't the end of my journey, I have more weight to lose but I'm on the right path :) Patience pays off guys.
