- It’s safe to say that by looking at the foods listed here, we could all agree that they are “healthy.” Well unless you’re asking keto zealot, then maybe not the rice and banana.

But regardless of how healthy and even nutrient dense the foods you’re eating are, if your goal is fat loss, you still have to pay attention to portion size. Especially when you’re eating more calorie dense foods like avocado, peanut butter, nuts, dried fruit, etc.

In isolation, the calorie difference between the two serving sizes in these picture seems minimal. But if you’re eating an extra 20 calories here and an extra 50 calories there, and doing so over multiple meals, eventually it’s going to add up. And these seemingly little oversights can be a reason why your weight won’t budge.

What’s tricky about eyeballing portions is that the variance between a small and a medium or an extra ounce or lick is often nothing more than a few more bites, which is hardly noticeable when you’re actually eating.

Keto Garlic Butter Meatballs ---
INGREDIENTS (4 SERVINGS)
1 lb. ground chicken
5 garlic cloves, minced and divided
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan, plus more for garnish
2 tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
4 tbsp. butter
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 lb. zoodles

DIRECTIONS
1. In a large bowl mix together ground chicken, 2 garlic cloves, egg, parmesan, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper then form into tablespoon sized meatballs. 
2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat oil and cook meatballs until golden on all sides and cooked through, 10 minutes. Transfer to a plate and wipe out skillet with a paper towel. 
3. Melt butter in skillet then add remaining 3 garlic cloves and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Add zoodles to skillet and toss in garlic butter then squeeze in lemon juice.
4. Add meatballs back and heat just until warmed through. Garnish with Parmesan to serve.

Moment and some of us know that we want to lose weight (for whatever reason) but we can’t find the motivation or drive to do something about it. For me I have felt that drive in a point of my life, I have also felt the want and the not being able to do anything because the motivation just isn’t there. In both cases there is one similarity in what I did to get started. HAVE A PLAN. I make a list of the foods that I can have, I make sure to have these foods at home. I make 95% of my work lunches. I ALWAYS have “fast food” options  because when hunger hits new habits go way out the window. It’s not easy but like anything in life you LEARN what works for you and what makes you tick. I don’t keep chips, sweets, pop, breads in the house it’s too much for me and I lose control. The biggest one I feel is chips, I LOVE CHIPS. One thing is for sure if I like a certain food ALOT it is not in my house. I lose control. I come from a past of food addiction and binge eating so I can fall back Into old habits real easy. I make a schedule for exercise and have a gym membership. I give it my biggest effort to go daily and really get a good sweat. The best advice I can give u is to drink LOTS of water and limit ur snacking as much as possible. Avoid eating late at night and write your goals down on a piece of paper. Write down your weight and your measurements. My biggest inspiration to date is watching that scale drop. It gets easier as you go. Don’t give up and there’s no way you cant succeed. 💗

We have always been told breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but then have high sugar, low nutrient foods tossed down our throats in advertisements.

These foods will leave you searching for more food and more energy very shortly after being eaten because they are use immediately as energy.

I think people are still figuring out that there is a direct correlation to what you eat and how you feel on a daily basis.

I would suggest high protein, nutritious items for your breakfasts. You can still have carbs, but make it things like oatmeal and fruit as opposed to Fruit Loops.

I LOST 0.5LBS TODAY 🤪✨ i honestly have NO idea how! I obviously had maccies as a weigh day treat, and then Saturday consisted of allllll the food at the Christmas markets, and then another maccies!!! So how ive lost is a shock 😭not complaining tho! 2.5lbs under target now which gives me some weight to gain over Christmas 🤪 I think im going to lower my target after Christmas as clearly im struggling to stick to my original😂 (although i am loving trying to gain weight rather than lose it 😂) anyway a syn free breakfast today! Another Lidl find and for 66p I’ll be going back for more. This for so tasty. Peach and passion fruit. Creamy with fruit chunks and 22g of protein great way to start the day. 
I have my boy off today he spent the night throwing up 🤢😩 my house stinks so bad it’s not even funny all I can smell is sick everywhere I go. I need to go get my carpet cleaner back. My boy is fine in himself in fact he’s quite hyper. I want to put the Christmas lights up and I have the four year old home 🤦🏻‍♀️ I need loads of batteries for some of these Christmas lights. 
I’ve got to take Teddy dog for his Christmas bath because he also stinks the wormer from the vets has made him stink like shit so my nose is on sensory overload

✅ Push-ups will work wonders for your upper body, increasing the muscle size & strength of your overall arm/chest/serratus/core areas - BUT - of course, if you done right. 
Doing push-ups with poor form offers weak results, or worse yet, it could cause an injury that makes any push-up uncomfortable.
Push-up form often falls apart at the elbow angle. When you bend your arms to lower into a standard push-up, the elbows should form a 45-degree angle with your torso. This gives you the most power and muscle-building effects for your chest.

Decreasing the angle will increase your triceps recruitment, making it an awesome exercise for arm muscles development. If you really want to target your triceps, you could even switch the surface at which your pushing yourself up: try doing them on a medicine ball to isolate & target your triceps more.
Anyway, for a standard push-up, place your hands a little wider than your shoulders and parallel to your armpit line. Bend your elbows, and keep them stacked over your wrists. If you bend them out widely so that they come out to the sides of or behind the wrists, you stress the elbow joint and reduce the effectiveness of the exercise, especially for your chest and shoulder activation.
❌ When it comes to injury & improper form, the position you don't want your elbows to assume for push-ups is the excessively wide angles where the elbows point just out to the sides of the room. Asides from diminishing the muscles' activation, it put your shoulders and elbows in a potentially injurious & weak position. 
A long lever is less stable and less powerful than a short one. When you let your elbows flare out, you compromise your muscle's ability to provide strength.

Наверное, потому, что я уже не первый год начинаю свое утро именно с нее😉
Есть очень много способов ее приготовления: варить, запаривать, заливать холодным молоком на ночь... ...И поскольку это утро - можно к ней добавить что угодно🍒🍌🍏🌰! Даже кусочек шоколадки🍫. Этот злак обладает такими полезными свойствами :
✔овес понижает уровень холестерина и предупреждает образование тромбов;
✔улучшает мыслительные процессы и память;
✔обладает антистрессовым эффектом;
✔повышает тонус организма;
✔улучшает свертываемость крови;
✔регулирует обмен веществ, что очень важно для похудения;
✔благоприятно влияет на работу почек;
✔препятствует развитию остеопороза;
✔способствует укреплению организма;
✔помогает наращивать мышечную ткань;
✔оказывает благотворное влияние на состояние волос, ногтей, кожи;
✔снижает кислотность желудочного сока;
✔очищает организм;
✔способствует нормальному пищеварению, избавляет от запоров, колитов и несварений;
