A #throwbackthursday from when I was pregnant with my daughter (top left) & my son (bottom left) and now. When I was pregnant I felt SO body confident, I loved how I looked in tight fitting clothes but hated my body any other time & would never have worn a top that fitted as tightly as the one in the right picture but thanks to @slimmingworld I am finally feeling confident in my own body and embracing wearing better fitting clothes rather than baggy & shapeless clothes.

Bizcocho de avena ✨🎉 La temporada del café caliente y los bizcochos ha llegado 🙌🏽 sin embargo, si nos vamos a cualquier panadería, nos topamos con que la mayoría contiene azúcares en exceso y harinas refinadas, por ello, te dejamos la versión saludable para que puedas disfrutar de un delicioso bizcocho, y que además es FACILÍSIMO de preparar. 🌸Ingredientes para porción individual: ➡ 1 huevo entero ➡ 150ml claras ➡50 gr harina de avena
➡ Stevia al gusto ➡ Canela o vainilla (o ambos) al gusto 👩🏻‍🍳Preparación 
1⃣batir claras a punto turrón; una vez montadas, añadir huevo y seguir batiendo, solo para revolver. (Procurar que las claras no bajen mucho).
2⃣ añadimos la harina de poco a poco y mezclamos de forma envolvente. 
3⃣ añadimos stevia, canela o vainilla y volvemos a mezclar delicadamente. 
4⃣ horneamos a 200º durante 20-25 minutos y ¡listo!, decoramos con toppings a elección y a disfrutar. 😍

@hellofresh this week so far! I’ve had both of these meals before, the Korean beef bowl is probably in my top 5 recipes I’ve had from #HelloFresh the BBQ meatloaves definitely are good enough to order whenever they’re on the menu. Tomorrow’s dinner is new to us, Southwestern Pork burgers. 👌🏻 if you saw my stories last night, you’ll know I’m trying to cut back my calories again. I have been doing ok with staying between 1800-2000, but my goal is 1500-1700...so I need to cut at least 200-300 calories a day 🙄 I got into the habit of eating more on my workout days....then it creeped into every day 😬 not that it’s unhealthy food, but it’s too many calories and I need to cut back my portions. I love to snack 😩 but I also love a big fucking plate of food. So I gotta practice better portion control. Which has ALWAYS been my biggest problem. I tried today, I still ended up eating 1950🙄 i took a look at what I could cut tomorrow...I ate a snack while dinner was cooking lol so tomorrow I won’t do that and I’ll save 130 calories right there! 💁🏼‍♀️ little changes can lead to big results, which is what I want. Broccoli + carrots + zucchini + coconut milk + seasonings ( garlic powder, curry, cube, chili pepper) + coconut oil 🔸place a pan on a cooker, add 1 tbspoon of coconut oil, when slightly heated, add onions + some curry, garlic powder and chili pepper. Leave to sauté for 5mins.
🔸add broccoli, carrots, zucchini slices in the pan and stir fry, add some seasoning cube (according to your taste bud). 🔸allow mix to simmer in for 3mibs, then add coconut milk and 1/2 a cup of water, let it simmer for 5/7mins then see  if the taste is perfect for you, if not wait for another 2 mins and then it’s ready! 🔸you can also make a purée of it if you prefer it that way👉 to do this just place it in a blender after it’s ready and blend till it’s smooth.

Above are my favourite easy calorie bulking snacks to help you hit your numbers each day, without eating a ton of volume and feeling too full:

• 300ml whole milk
• Homemade protein bar (recipe on my website)
• Banana with 1 tbsp pb
• 25g 70% cacao dark chocolate
• 40g Almonds
Added bonus, most of these pack some protein power too! Snacking smarter and being prepared will help you reach your goals faster whether you are bulking or cutting 🙌

Another foil dinner 🥘 FINISHING UP THE NIGHT WITH SALMON DRIZZLED WITH SWEET HONEY AND TANGY LIME JUICE💗🌸💁🏻‍♀️ Ingredients •	1/3 cup ghee •	1/4 cup honey •	4 large cloves garlic , crushed •	2 limes , juiced •	2 1/2 pound (1.2 kg) side of salmon •	Sea salt , to taste •	Cracked pepper , to taste (optional) •	Lime slices (to serve) •	1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley , divided
	1	Position a rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 375°F | 190°C. Line a baking sheet with a large piece of foil, or 2 long pieces of foil over lapping each other lengthways if your salmon is wide.
	2	In a small saucepan, melt the ghee over low-medium heat. Add the honey, garlic and lime juice, and whisk until the honey has melted through the ghee and the mixture is well combined.
	3	Place the salmon onto lined baking sheet. Evenly pour the honey-lime mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle with a good amount of salt (about 2 teaspoons), cracked pepper, and 2 tablespoons of parsley. Fold the sides of the foil up beside the salmon to keep the sauce under the fillet.
	4	Bake until cooked through (about 15-18 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish and your preference of doneness). Then, change oven setting to broil (or grill) for 2-3 minutes on medium heat to caramelise the top. Garnish with remaining parsley and serve immediately with fresh lime slices.

Another foil dinner 🥘 FINISHING UP THE NIGHT WITH SALMON DRIZZLED WITH SWEET HONEY AND TANGY LIME JUICE💗🌸💁🏻‍♀️ Ingredients • 1/3 cup ghee • 1/4 cup honey • 4 large cloves garlic , crushed • 2 limes , juiced • 2 1/2 pound (1.2 kg) side of salmon • Sea salt , to taste • Cracked pepper , to taste (optional) • Lime slices (to serve) • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley , divided 1 Position a rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 375°F | 190°C. Line a baking sheet with a large piece of foil, or 2 long pieces of foil over lapping each other lengthways if your salmon is wide. 2 In a small saucepan, melt the ghee over low-medium heat. Add the honey, garlic and lime juice, and whisk until the honey has melted through the ghee and the mixture is well combined. 3 Place the salmon onto lined baking sheet. Evenly pour the honey-lime mixture over the salmon. Sprinkle with a good amount of salt (about 2 teaspoons), cracked pepper, and 2 tablespoons of parsley. Fold the sides of the foil up beside the salmon to keep the sauce under the fillet. 4 Bake until cooked through (about 15-18 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish and your preference of doneness). Then, change oven setting to broil (or grill) for 2-3 minutes on medium heat to caramelise the top.
