I gave @_kevinyuan shit for doing adorably light squats yesterday...and instantly got fed humble pie because I was prescribed the same today.🤭 3x8 at 200kg (rpe 6 in wraps) was followed by 3x3 at 210kg for high bar pause. Those felt really nice actually and I feel they have the most accessory benefit for my wrapped squat. We finished up with 2x10 at 185kg on high bar (constant tension, no lockout) and called it a day. Předtím, než mi začnete tohle říkat ..vám vysvětlím, proč je pro váš cíl - ztrátu tuku a zpevnění buduvat svaly důležité. 💪🏾Svaly zvyšují rychlost vašeho metabolismu, což je důvod proč máte vyšší výdej/spotřebu kalorií, ikdyž necvičíte.
💪🏾Sval je aktivní tkáň, takže zpracuje dost kalorií jen tím, že existuje. Jídlo, které sníte funguje jako palvo pro vaše svaly, spotřebují víc energie než tělesný tuk. Nebojte se jist sacharidy !! 🤦🏽‍♀️Ovšem po snickerskách se někomu hubne těžko, že jo.
💪🏾 Sval je menší tkáň než tuk (při stejné váze) - váha není směrodatná! Může být žena 65kg se 14% tuku a druhá se stejnou váhou 65kg a 27% tuku bude vypadat uplně jinak. Proto klientkám říkám ať se měří a koukají do zrcadla a nestresujou se tolik váhou. Takže pokud chcete rychlejší výsledky, přestaňte dělat 20-30 opakování skoro na prázdno ..to ma své místo v jiných fázích. A nejlíp si najděte dobrého trenéra ✅

Předtím, než mi začnete tohle říkat ..vám vysvětlím, proč je pro váš cíl - ztrátu tuku a zpevnění buduvat svaly důležité. 💪🏾Svaly zvyšují rychlost vašeho metabolismu, což je důvod proč máte vyšší výdej/spotřebu kalorií, ikdyž necvičíte. 💪🏾Sval je aktivní tkáň, takže zpracuje dost kalorií jen tím, že existuje. Jídlo, které sníte funguje jako palvo pro vaše svaly, spotřebují víc energie než tělesný tuk. Nebojte se jist sacharidy !! 🤦🏽‍♀️Ovšem po snickerskách se někomu hubne těžko, že jo. 💪🏾 Sval je menší tkáň než tuk (při stejné váze) - váha není směrodatná! Může být žena 65kg se 14% tuku a druhá se stejnou váhou 65kg a 27% tuku bude vypadat uplně jinak. Proto klientkám říkám ať se měří a koukají do zrcadla a nestresujou se tolik váhou. Takže pokud chcete rychlejší výsledky, přestaňte dělat 20-30 opakování skoro na prázdno ..to ma své místo v jiných fázích. A nejlíp si najděte dobrého trenéra ✅

205lbs vs 135, 5’ 10”, 2016 vs 2018. I’ve gotten contacts, straightened my teeth, and lost 70 pounds. I’ve been asked about the weight part a lot and so here’s how I did it. Long story short, I did keto. I had around 1200-1600 calories a day, any less can end up hurting your health and causing your body to think it’s starving and go into starvation mode, this makes you hold onto excess weight. I would have anywhere from 50-100grams of protein, for this I suggest chicken, fish, or any other meat products. I ate very low amounts of sugar and fat. Along with this I had around 40-80 carbs per day. As a child I spent 3 days a week at my grandma’s house, my mom had no idea that she was refusing to feed me. I would go back to my mom’s house and binge on food, this habit of binge eating continued after my mom found out about my grandmother’s habits and got a restraining order against her. I’ve been asked a lot about what motivated me and it was as dark as it sounds, being bullied as a kid. I wanted to prove that I could do it and be healthy. Finally I’m here. As for exercise I didn’t exercise the first 45ish pounds of weight loss but now I exercise every other day doing 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of weights. RDL- Romanian Dead Lift

The main reason people do the Romanian deadlift is to train their hamstrings, glutes, and back without beating themselves up with too much conventional deadlifting.

The conventional deadlift is still single the best exercise for developing and strengthening the posterior chain, but it’s also extremely difficult, which is why even advanced powerlifters rarely deadlift more than once per week and only do a few sets in each workout.

Thus, the Romanian deadlift lets you train many of the same muscles without risking symptoms related to overtraining or injury.

Now, if you’re new to weightlifting and haven’t put much time into the “Big Four—the conventional deadlift, squat, bench press, andoverhead press—then you don’t need to include the Romanian deadlift in your routine just yet.

Focus on conventional pulling first, and then once you’ve built a considerable amount of strength on it, consider working “accessory deadlifts” like the Romanian deadlift into yourworkout routine.

Use Straps

During the Romanian deadlift, your hands don’t get a break between reps like they do with conventional deadlifts.

Improving your grip strength can help with this to a point, but eventually grip strength is probably going to become a limiting factor.

That’s why I recommend you try straps.

When used properly, straps allow you to safely pull more weight (making the Romanian deadlift harder on the rest of your body) without any of the downsides of other grip styles.

So comfortable to train in! 💪🏼 Form isn't the best in this video, this was my first time doing the dumbell high pulls with 20kg, and this was the last set of 5! 😱😱 This is a great exercise, which I only discovered recently but is now one of my favourites. This works primarily the shoulders, but also works abs, glutes, quads and hamstrings 🏋🏻‍♂️

Working the shoulder retractors. Through our activities of daily living we over use pecs, so it is very important keep the shoulder retractors strong for healthier shoulders, better posture and less neck pain. 
When doing this exercise make sure that the muscles between the shoulders are doing majority of the work and not the upper traps (engage lats)

Bon étant donné que je l'ai testé sur un wob où il y avait du renfo à l'élastique et des box jump autant vous dire qu'il faut vraiment prendre la bonne taille perso j'ai pris un S et ça aurait bien mérité un XS petit conseil personnel si tu ne veux pas ressembler à chouchou de la Place Clichy qui remonte ses bas resille au milieu d'une box qui prône la force et la puissance d'athlètes en construction prend la bonne taille !!! merci à @perfectbody.official la couleur est canon ❤

Binh is a couple of months shy of officially being with us for one year.

He came to us looking for guidance as he was recovering from an ankle and knee injury and wanted to get back to playing basketball on his weekends.

100 workouts later and here we are. He’s  currently training 3 times a week in our semi-private option, he’s back to playing basketball, and fitting his arms into his sleeves. Bicep Curls are in fact a functional exercise.

Итак, хват важный момент в тяге, слабо развитый хват отвлекающий фактор который приводит к нарушению техники, отсутствие скорости или вообще выпадению штанги.
⠀
В рамках соревнований разрешен:
✔️ хват в замок
Достаточно болезнен по началу, но устраняет негативный момент на позвоночник.
✔️ разнохват
Позволяет поднять больший вес, чем прямым хватом (тоже разрешён), но приводит к ассимметрии в развитии. Фитнесистам его использовать не стоит, развивает ассиметрию и несёт крутящий момент на позвоночник.
✔️ прямой хват
Нецелесообразен для пауэрлифтинга на соревнованиях, но для фитнесистов, то что нужно.
⠀
✅Лямки
Лямки стоит использовать в многоповторной тяге, это не позволит сорвать мозоли. Разнохват будет приводить к развитию ассиметрии. Если хват слабый то стоит от них отказаться. Допустимо проведение разминки на обратную руку, либо прямым хватом. Преимущество лямок в том, что можно оттачивать технику, спокойно удерживая больший вес.

✅Гриф
В большинстве альтернативных федераций гриф тоньше, а значит для хвата это легче. Также влияет насечка на грифе. Лысые грифы сложнее удерживать.

Отказ от лямок, расширители хвата, апполон гриф, удержание штанги на время (70% от пм), висение на турнике, щипковый хват блина и другие упражнения. Так же стоит уделить внимание развитию предплечья, иначе крепкий хват невозможен.
