Today was a walk instead of a run, for a few reasons.
1. I wanted to rest after yesterday’s long run
2. My feet are all cut up after wearing heels out last night
But mainly 3. I’m not feeling great after all the food and drink so was worried running would make me 🤢

Oh my goodness this was absolutely incredible!! Using @spicentice katsu curry kit, panko breadcrumbed chicken with rice and salad. This was 9sp, and have pointed the flour used, honey, breadcrumbs and rice. I did adapt the recipe slightly to use less sp, but this is the most amazing one I’ve done in a long time!!

And honest I am. I’ve had 2 of the bingiest day’s I’ve had in a long long time. I’ve been anxious and stressed and when I don’t know how to deal with something, I do something I can deal with... eat. I’ve given into the urges of stuffing everything I can into my mouth, and actually enjoying it. Brownies, biscuits, bread, scotch eggs, sausage rolls, crisps. Binging is the oddest thing, it’s so satisfying but I feel awful for all I have pigged out on now. I know tomorrow’s weigh in is gonna be awful, but I honestly don’t care about that, I care about my mindset and my body being healthy. Every day I WANT to get back on track, I really do aim to every day, but it’s not until I’ve made it through that day, that I know I’ve won.
Tomorrow evening I have a family curry with drinks, for belated birthday celebrations, which I will thoroughly enjoy.
Saturday I have a long run planned which I’m so so excited to do.
Whatever day I end up getting back on plan, the first and foremost aim is to be healthy in body But also in mind.

Dinner for one tonight as Husband is out so made a super garlic-y dinner of roast garlic BNS, chicken with garlic, and runner beans. Guess what... dinner was 0sp too! Avocado, feta and poached eggs on toast for brunch for guesstimate of 16sp. Was really nice, tried a new place that had opened, @babylon76_78, and my goodness what a shambles! The place was rammed, was told there was a bit of a delay for food but didn’t expect it to be a 50min wait. Was told they’d give us some free drinks as an apology, which were then given out to other people who were complaining!!
