Does anyone else cringe when hearing the empty words: “Don’t worry, it’ll all work out.”
💧Sometimes, we say this when we’re at a loss for words. Or when we try to make someone feel better who’s hurting. But false hope is not hope. Real hope comes in facing what lies ahead with courage and determination, knowing you do not stand alone, and believing that the challenge ahead will be your teacher. Adventures are like that.

Recently, I was asked how I deal with writer's block. First, I stick it out. You can't write if your bum isn't in the seat and your fingers aren't on the keys. I also tell myself not to worry about the quality of the work, to just write anything and then deal with quality after.
If that doesn't work, I sometimes give myself a break to workout, take a walk, make a cup of tea, or tidy up. Studies have shown that both letting your brain relax and workouts can stimulate ideas. The trick, for me at least, is to set a time limit. Otherwise you can run through the whole day without ever getting back in front of the computer!
Finally, I tell myself this is normal. Writers get writer's block. The difference is in whether you let it stall you out or you push through it.
So, if you're struggling with the words today, I see you and we are both going to get through this! <3 .

My older bingeing and overeating habits are starting to creep back in, and I will not have it!! So I’m challenging myself to check in daily on my insta stories after each day to put whether I binged that day or not! I’m challenging all of you to join me!!
Let’s hold each other accountable (for 1 week starting today) to eating regular portions and not over doing it when it comes to treats!! 👍🏼 .

For those increasing their cardio, decreasing those calories, or pushing harder in your preps and rounding the finish line, remember, we workout because we LOVE our bodies and want to see what they are capable of.
NOT because we want to punish them for not looking the way we hope or because we HAVE to! You don't HAVE to do anything you don't want to, your future is yours to create. You can choose to see it however you please, but I like to remind myself right about now, when the going gets tough, that I GET to workout, I am BLESSED with the ability to push my body to new limits in which I strive for. Because I am relentlessly PASSIONATE about learning how to be my best self and then share this knowledge/passion with everyone I possibly can.
7.5 weeks out, daily cardio and weights, and fish, which I don't nessasairly enjoy, but I GET to do all these things. Many other people in this world are wishing they could workout, this time last year I yearned to do cardio and run! The fish🐟, well I will just have to suck it up, lol.

I remember the days where I was more annoyed than not; my default was mostly negative; my mindset was crap, my self esteem low 👎🏼
I’m grateful to have found “work” that cares about me first, knowing that if I take care of me, I can better show up to support others 👍🏼

Recognizing this as fact helps us to better accept it when it does. .
There is always an upside, bright side, silver lining. Sometimes it’s glaringly obvious, other times you have to dig real real flipping deep for it.
