Started my day with some #WellnessWednesday vibes! 🤗✨ I’ve been meaning to check out @omlifewellness for awhile and was happy to see they now offer some of their treatments on @classpass. I opted for the NormaTec Recovery Massage on my stems. The pressure felt fantastic especially since I’ve gotten more consistent with my fitness routine again.
