My husband and I have been alarmed that, lately, I've been forgetful. I tend to forget where I placed my keys, money, food, medicine, how things happened, the things I've said, etc. Alarming talaga because I'm only 27. Parang malalang mom brain 😢 Imagine how deteriorated my memory would be come the time I'm 60 😞
We're thinking that causes are lack of sleep, spending a lot of time to work in front of the computer and phone, and stress.
Unlike when I was younger and prior to giving birth to Olivia, I had been reading a lot of books, consequently, I am fed with more information and my brain is being trained.
Now, I shall be reading books again 😁 any particular books you could recommend? 😊
