Hey guys🌿Krista here. About to get real. Because I need to be honest. In July I had a thyroid panel done and my numbers were high... meaning things weren’t working right. Pretty common in today’s world thankfully. The protocol was to get re-tested in October to see if they remained high. My thyroxine peroxidase was at 102.3 and a normal level is <9. Long story made short, this shows a low thyroid function and inflammation. thyroids are needed for many basic things: energy, mood, hair growth, mental clarity, metabolism. I need to go see a specialist next Monday and am hoping to get on some meds to normalize things again. With that said, let this be a lesson of all you ladies who keep pushing at all life things. Whether it’s work, a side hustle, your babies, your home projects, whatever. If your body is feeling “off” listen. Don’t put it off. You see, I’ve been working a 9-5 M-F and photography on weekends. Tired was my norm. I assumed I was exhausted because of all the things (which I am sure played a role) but this was next level like I’ve never experienced. I’m talking my OCD cleaning self was so tired I let laundry slide, dishes, wasn’t cooking like I normally would, you name it, I would be in bed over any of that. Among other crazy symptoms like thigh numbness, being cold, puffy face. I finally knew I needed answers. Thanks to a kick butt doc. I have my answers. And hopefully some relief soon. But let this stand as a testimate to slow down & listen. Your soul and body will speak if you give it time to. Stop saying yes to things you have a gut feeling it should’ve been a no. Take time for yourself. There is no reason we need to eat meals on the road, that’s how crazy busy society has made us think we need to be! Enough with all the busy life hustle. Take time to listen. And your body will thank you. .
Clients: I appreciate all your lovely kind hearts during this time and promise things will be delivered by deadlines. Just know I’m working at it and giving myself a little grace. I’m showing up less and less on here I feel lately because 😴but so appreciate all the love I’ve been still getting. You guys are the best.

I started making wreaths 3 years ago when I got back from Australia, a confused 24 year old trying to make money to go back out traveling but instead in the following January I got a job in very old school florist, scrubbed buckets, learnt how to condition flowers, and generally throw myself into the floristry world.
I spend my Sunday making these in my very own little shop.
Now taking orders for 2018 Christmas door wreaths ❤️ #forevergratful
