Anyway, they left a few things behind accidentally. One was a Weber Roasted Garlic & Herb Seasoning mix that we had never tried until he brought it to use on the chicken he brought over to grill. You guys, it has become one of my favorite seasonings to use when grilling meat now.

Will grill smoke later this freshly butchered pork 'butt' kasim to make Bbq Pulled Pork to match the Cemita bread I ordered. Will apply this #weberseasoning and my signature dry rub as well. While waiting on marination process, will whip up 2 of my customer fave #bbqsauces : Kansas style (my kids & teens flavor choice) and the Mild spice #ChipotleBbq sauce.
