⤵️TAG YOUR FELLOW SMALL BUSINESS OWNER!
Your website’s ‘About’ page can be a tricky one to get just right, but I’ve outlined some tips below that will help ensure you come across as a sincere, likeable and experienced business owner!
1. Who are you talking to?:
Tell visitors who your site is aimed at - you want your target customer to land on the page and realise quickly that your product or service has been created with them in mind. It’s also good practice to write in your own voice, as though you’re speaking to a best friend, rather than to a group of people.
2. What will your product or service do for them?:
Next, let visitors know how exactly your website is going to benefit them. What will they get out of signing-up, or purchasing your product? This should be pretty high up on the page with who you’re targeting.
3. Tell them about you:
Tell people about your life and how it relates to your business or blog. Why did you start it? What do you value? How are you unique? And don’t forget to include a photo of yourself so as your visitors find it easier to connect with you/picture who‘s talking to them.
4. Add evidence:
Testimonials from past clients (just a short statement or two) will be a powerful driving force for your visitors. You could also mention awards or accreditations - anything that says you are what you say you are.
4. Don’t forget a call to action:
At the bottom of the page you want to remind people to reach out. Make it easy for them with a short sign-up form, or button link to your email address.

Apple Wallet, Re-imagined.
Apple Pay is something I personally use every single day, but with the increase of smart banking and the simplicity of sending payments I have developed a concept of how the new Apple Wallet could look and feel.
I have included updated account balances, pay your contacts, pay utility bills, track spending and request money features across both iOS and MacOS platforms.
I’m around 75% through this case study so will share with y’all when it’s complete!
