Exactly 1 year ago I took the plunge of going across the world solo with nothing but my backpack. I came back to this particular spot for a third time recently because for one, I was showing some friends around, and two, it had a special meaning from my first visit. Bart Series Day 3
That transition from indoor to outdoor light (and vice versa) is at it's best at the Montgomery Street Station in the Morning. The first 3 photos that I've posted in this Series were approximately shot at the same time of day. I would arrive at Montgomery around 10:18am everyday
and then preceded to take at least one photo before heading over to work. -JS
Back at it with a new series of photos. For the first series I decided to focus on BART Photography. Right when school let out for the summer, I was feeling quite burnt out from taking photos. While Nish's (my professor) intro to studio lighting class has made me a more skilled and disciplined photographer it was exhausting nonetheless. So I took some time off from taking photos. Mainly due to feeling tired (from the breakneck pace) & uninspired. Like I mentioned in my last post I felt like I was in a creative rut and wanted to try my hand at other subjects. So without further ado. Here is the first of at least a dozen photos I've shot.
