Start drinking water BEFORE you start exercising. 17 to 20 oz. about 2-3 hours before. Then about 8 oz. during your warm-up. While exercising drink 7-10 oz. every 10-20 minutes finally drink 8 oz. no more than 30 minutes after you’re done exercising. Some athletes even measure how much fluid they’re losing during exercise to get a more specific measurement of how much to drink. (That’s hardcore💪🏽.) Every morning I fill all of my bottles and disperse them around my life.  Once a bottle empties, I put it next to the fridge and continue on drinking the rest.  By the end of the day, there is a gallon of water in this body of mine!  The days I don't drink this much, I feel sluggish and meh.

So this cool thing happened lol and I got sent this smart water bottle from @hidratespark for me to try out!! I have been meaning to get a smart water bottle for about 2 years because I love things that track and remind me of important things so that I don’t have to add more things to remember into my busy brain!! I was a really good water drinker at my previous job because I was working at a desk. Now I am doing in-home therapy so I am always on the move driving from client to client, so it is easy for me to forget to drink water. I have been using this bottle for 2-3 weeks now and I am really liking it! It flashes when I am behind on drinking water so that I know to take a sip AND it syncs with my phone AND my Fitbit app!! It also gives me a celebration glow when I have reached my goal 🤩 the only things I would change about this are the size (I would totally buy this in a huge bottle size because since I am always in my car it can be hard to find places to fill up) and that it filtered water (again for the same reason). But over-all I am totally loving it and am so happy that I was able to try this out!! I would definitely recommend it, especially if you’re trying to increase your water intake! По крайней мере именно так я думала в старших классах школы и на первых курсах универа. Каждый вторник был для меня, как испытание: настроение было ужасным и все валилось с рук. У меня даже образовалась не долгая традиция - смотреть серию 'Сверхъестественного' про вторник, который вечно повторялся😂👌

Water your Body!

I know it can seems hard..It took me a long time before getting the hang of drinking 16 Oz even before my cuppa first thing in the morning or even getting more than 30 Oz per day BUT you got this!

The sun is gone and you might not feel as thirsty but once your thirsty it’s almost too late that’s your body saying that it’s dehydrated and we don’t want to go there…My advice…Drink enough water (YES even when don’t feel like it) anytime and don’t wait until you are thirsty AND no any other kind of drink such as soda’s or coffee or tea does not count 😉

My trick…Always having my 30 Ounces water bottle with me and filling it 3 times a day…Goes EVERYWHERE with me…

I read that somewhere: “If you can drink 3 margaritas or pint of beer on a night out, then you can drink your amount of water during the whole day”…As simple as that 😜

Aloe for the win 👌 did you know aloe not only soothes your skin from a sunburn but also soothes your intestines when ingested? #truth However, i am seriously not suggesting snapping off a chunk of my plan there and scarfing down (hurl!) but rather choosing a Lil capsulated version 😉 I also learned aloe can help your body take in nutrients better too 💣 so, I guess that's why they put aloe in my multivitamin here and probably why my nails, hair & eyelashes grow like a dang weed!
