I needed to drink more water and a way to be more accountable...so I purchased 7 gallon jugs and got BUSY! Sunday was rough but now my body is adjusting. So I'm not kidding when I say that water kind of fixes everything.
Every morning I fill all of my bottles and disperse them around my life. Once a bottle empties, I put it next to the fridge and continue on drinking the rest. By the end of the day, there is a gallon of water in this body of mine! The days I don't drink this much, I feel sluggish and meh.

I’m still going strong on my water challenge and I have found adding a little flavour to my water helps me get it down faster and makes me actually want to finish the bottle. I know it can seems hard..It took me a long time before getting the hang of drinking 16 Oz even before my cuppa first thing in the morning or even getting more than 30 Oz per day BUT you got this!
The sun is gone and you might not feel as thirsty but once your thirsty it’s almost too late that’s your body saying that it’s dehydrated and we don’t want to go there…My advice…Drink enough water (YES even when don’t feel like it) anytime and don’t wait until you are thirsty AND no any other kind of drink such as soda’s or coffee or tea does not count 😉
