A treasure box full of natural jems.
These great little succulents are great for pots, pathways or filling small gaps in your garden. Whilst preferring sunny positions they require low water once established and are exceptionally easy to propagate.
So I guess most people would be looking at the sunset...but I was looking at how amazing the usually scrubby looking tree foliage (Casurina equisetifolia 'Coastal Sheoak'?) was looking blacked against the evening sky. It takes such moments to make me appreciate the gorgeousness of plants that I can be a bit dismissive of. Everyday I spend looking at plants, my eyes open a bit more. 😍
New week to enjoy 🐳

Wild & Free 🍃 #sempervivum
Enjoy your day 💕
Gorgeous ornamental grasses like Muhlenbergia reverchonii (Ruby Muhly) are all wonderful additions to the waterwise landscape. Plant this for a show-stopping late summer/fall blooming display. An aura of reddish mauve flower spikes will stop you in your tracks especially when paired with pollinator perennials. We’ll have beautiful 5” pots available for sale at our August Plant Sale.

My last check in with this huge Agave victoriae-reginae. She still looks good despite obviously having her unwieldy bloom cut to avoid it falling into the street and uprooting the agave. Your job is done. That’ll do, Victoria. That’ll do. 😉🐲
No Water Required Here
As succulents go the Echeveria is most probably one of the most photographed plants out there. Everything about this plant is attractive and I am drawn by it's cool colors and perfect shapes.
Easy to grow, water wise and tough and a must have plant if gardening is your thing.
This Agave ovatifolia, which I previously posted photos #2 -3 of on 3-12-18, has completely regrown it’s new meristem crown leaves after the original crown froze and died in winter freezes. Amazing regrowth! Looks like a normal ovatifolia with some heat stress now! 😎🌵🐲
Name the plant species!
Hint: This species originates from Western Australia and gets its name from its tubular flowers, which are coated with dense hairs that open into paw-like form.
