Look at what that A1c says! Down from 11.2 to 7.9 in 3 months. A loss of over 20 pounds during that 3 months and puts me right at the 40 mark loss since starting! Still have a ways to go but that there is progress! 🙌🏻❤️

Has it been easy? Nope!
Have I had off days? Yep!
I deal with a lot pain and lifetime physical restrictions that limit my ability for many types of exercise. I was feeling discouraged because Doctors said there is nothing they can do for me but that by losing weight it would definitely help ease the pain and improve my mobility. Gastric was suggested but no surgeon would touch me due to my history & the high risk involved. Honestly I did not want to go through any more surgeries and don’t think my body could of handled it either.
Gaining control over emotional eating, increasing knowledge to lose weight through nutrition, spending more time with God & His Word is all changing my Life!
To go along with coaching & helping others, I am working on getting my mentor certification to increase my 2BMindset knowledge even more!

What is something you need to work on to improve? .
Is it working out? Eating healthy? Public Speaking? There’s always something in our lives we can improve on. For me it’s nutrition being mindful of what I eat, when I eat and how much of it. It’s not something I like to share but if this post helps one other person know that they are not alone when it comes to this I’d be incredibly happy!
This post reflects what I ate today from breakfast all the way to dinner! I feel really good about it. So I hope you don’t mind all the food pictures everyone hates 😜
One of the advantages of the nutrition plan I’m on, is you LEARN about food, how to pair them better, and what to look for in labels and why! All geared for weightloss, maintenance, and building lean muscle....and what’s also important for me...having energy! (Let’s be honest, I’m a tired mom who’s not getting any younger)
You get all these educational videos and they are sorted by food groups, plating foods, strategies, etc....The list goes on!
So, I was re-listening to one video in the car, Ilana Muhlstein was saying how much she loved beans for how they are fiber filled (to give us energy) and have a good amount of protein (to help us feel full longer)! Fortunately her videos are super short, so it’s easy to revisit again and again...
These tips and info get stuck in your head. So then the other day I’m looking at “chip” options in roots. And I stumbled on these bean chips. I bought the Nacho and Pico De Galo. Can I just say, YuM!!! I wouldn’t eat them everyday, but what a great option for a FFC! (Fiber filled carb, in my plan)
130 cals (<150 cals)
Total Carb 16g
Dietary Fiber 4g (ratio should be 1g fiber to every 10g carbs)
We are never going to eat perfect, but we can certainly have better options! Give them a try, let me know what you think!
On a separate note, this is that Nutrition Plan that boasts losing weight WITHOUT working out! We have challengers who have lost double digits on this plan, including one at 15lbs, and another just recently hit 20lbs. And trust me, they are still enjoying life, they now just have strategies that work and they have more weight loss days then weight gain (because those days are also part of the learning...no more guilt!)

You know what I’m tired of? People thinking that your health has to be all or nothing. You can eat #veggiesmost &
for the millionth time...I’m NOT on a diet. I’m choosing to fuel my body with nutritious whole foods 80% of the time and the other 20% I enjoy some fun foods....and guess what! I‘m still making progress 🤯 down 6lbs since last month & feeling so strong in my workouts💪🏼
2 year ago though, that wasn’t the case. I was eating very unhealthy alll day long and THEN I would eat an entire pint of ice cream at night. That’s how I gained 30lbs right after I got married...I don’t recommend doing that.😂
But now, with the help of my nutrition program, I eat health, stick to my meal plan throughout the day, and THEN enjoy a few spoonfuls (not the whole pint) of ice cream at night (or whatever treat I’m in the mood for). This is balance. This is a lifestyle. This is sustainable. This is how you enjoy life & still make progress in your health journey.💗
💦"Water first...veggies most"🥦 is a good rule of thumb when your trying to dial in your nutrition. I've never had trouble with drinking my water, but I have come to realize that I NEVER got in enough vegetables. Replacing my carbs 🍞 with more veggies🥕, fruit 🍌and protein🥩 has made a HUGE difference in my waistline.🔥Granted, I personally have trouble with my digestive system so I have to test out what works and doesn't work 👩🔬. I try to eat non bloating veggies 🥕🥒but those cruciferous veggies 🥦are so good too they're hard to stay away from! I love motivating y'all too so I want you to know that if you can't workout due to mobility issues, poor health or any other reason at all, you can still transform your body internally. 💥 I can hook you up with some good nutrition plans thru beachbody on demand. 🙋♀️ If your curious and want more info please send me a direct message. So... this memory. Besides apparently being my most liked photo of 2016 (must've been a slow year), it's another mile marker for me.
.. Why? Because those skinny jeans now need a belt to hold 'em up and I'm down another size. That might be ho-hum news in your world, but it just hasn't happened much in mine -- in fact, the sizes almost invariably went up, as long as I can remember.
.. Until this year, when I found the plan that's forever changed my relationship with food. That's helped me eliminate guilt and rules and measuring... and all the frustrating, can't-follow-that, don't-eat-that diets and lists. Until I learned what works for me and so many others.
.. And it's worked so well, I've surpassed my weight loss goal for the year! (I'd decided on 10 and, so far, have lost 13.) It worked so well that I became a certified mentor to help others learn about true food freedom.

I didn’t take my tracker on vacation but I followed the 2 bunnies 🐰🐰 as best I could.
I did enjoy some cocktails more than I should.... but I drank water and followed the plate it method for meals as best I could with my options at meals times.... I never felt bloated or uncomfortable and enjoyed myself. I took my workouts with me using my phone and managed to come home only 1.6lbs up!
I bet most of it is due to hardest any food yesterday ti super late and not much water... so I’d say vacationing with #2bmindset was a win! Thanks @ilanamuhlsteinrd 💕

These have been my dinners the past couple of days and ive been feeling great not heavy at all.
Doesnt mean i dont indulge in stuff i want or in stuff that would be considered i shouldnt be having. But you know what im figureing what works for me and my body everyday is a learning moment whether i lose or gain i know what caused it.
Im having alot if water thats for sure many many veggies.
But i still have a cookie here and there or an ice cream with the kiddos. Because hey that's life.

My veggies most lunch today includes broccoli slaw with tuna mixed with Trader Joe’s Green Goddess salad dressing (20 cals and 0 g of sugar per serving!!! Total win for dressing!) topped with goat cheese for a little fat.
