“You’ve never met a monster you couldn’t love.” — Fantastic Beasts
QoTD: Tell me who is your favorite Wizarding World character!
I watched Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald for the second time yesterday and fell even more in love with it. The overall dark aesthetics and direction were on point. Especially the costume designs! Newt Scamander is my precious cinnamon. How can you not adore him right?!? Now…I need a Niffler. Yes, need. Life essentials!
Have you seen the film yet? If not, do you plan to? Keep it spoiler free please!

MOVIE REVIEW: “THE MAGIC IS SLOWLY DWINDLING ... FOR NOW!”
“Wands at the ready” as Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald has revealed itself to the muggle audience. Gather all of your Hogwarts gear together, as this 2nd installment looks to conjure up some old Potter magic with some new tricks. Unfortunately though, this cauldron mix of Newt Scamander, Johnny Depp, and nostalgia for our times with Harry and the gang does not exactly taste like a nice glass of Butter Beer, but probably a bad patch of Pollyjuice Potion. Disguising itself as a sequel to the first Fantastic Beasts, underneath it’s really a pure set up for future installments, as you’ll leave with more questions than answers about the Wizarding World.
Throughout this movie, we get plenty of good moments that remind us why we love these movies. Whether it’s the magic and costumes of this hidden society or the ridiculous sounding names of all the spells, we all love the suspense that builds when their world is on the brink of collapse. With the Crimes of Grindelwald, you better brush up on your Potter-lore, because the average movie-goer is going to miss out on a lot of references and set-up, as this movie is textbook “middle chapter” and won’t stand on its own too well. Potterheads will enjoy what this new wizarding school has to offer, but the rest of the muggles will definitely need a cheat sheet and a fewer refresher courses to pass this class.
OVERALL SCORE: 6.7/10 As maybe this magic spell has started to fade away ... for now!

Last night we boarded the Polar Express “Diamond Dome” class. When we arrived to our seats, our golden tickets & hot chocolate mugs were waiting for us! We were greeted by the cutest little chefs who entertained us with songs & activities (hot, hot, HOT CHOCOLATE!!) the whole way up to the North Pole. At the NP, Santa boarded the PE & gave us all the first gift of Christmas!! We got our tickets punched by the Conductor & sang along with the dancing chefs while we made our way back to the train station. It was the cutest way to kick off the Christmas season. As soon as we woke up this morning, Nano hit me with the “Mommy can we ride the train?!?” I guess that means we will be back next year 😂 💫❄️🚂 #PolarExpress#PolarExpressMiami#GoldCoastRailroadMuseum#DiamondDome#WarnerBrothers @gcrmrailroad @thepolarexpressmovie
Ewe Thief | Chuck Jones | released 2001 "Ralph Wolf was a storyman at Warner Bros. cartoons, and he gave his name to the red-nosed version of Wile E. Coyote. "In pitting Ralph Wolf against Sam Sheepdog, I was trying to discover if I could do the opposite of the chase at the heart of the Road Runner cartoons. The Road Runner is moving all the time, and at great speed. I therefore wanted the wolf's opponent not to move at all. And that is exactly what happens--or doesn't. Sam just sits very solidly on the ground. He doesn't move: he is there." --Chuck Jones, "Chuck Reducks" 1996
The WB station launched on January 11, 1995, as a joint venture between the Warner Bros. Entertainment and the Tribune Broadcasting. Interestingly enough, Bugs and Daffy premiered in the movie, Space Jam, a year and a half later.
