14 years ago I was hurt. I was a teen mom raising my daughter on my own, I was trying to prove to my mother I could live without her help and I was struggling. Then someone invited me to a meeting. I sat there and listened. That day changed the way I was thinking and then my life changed.
Dedicate yourself to learn something new, it will change your life.
Put 15 minutes in your day to learn something new. Einstein said that if anyone spends 15 minutes a day learning something new, in a year he or she will be an expert! Learn by taking a class.
Let’s learn and grow together.
Half way through the week and I feel like I’m only just coming up for air 🤪
One thing I am pretty good at now is leaning on my oils when I need a little extra support. I’ve had a little help from Copaiba, Frankie, On Guard, Wild Orange, Peppermint and of course my LLV supplements. And so far I’ve navigated an immense work load, sick kid, sick partner, play dates, cabin fever, and I actually feel perky. If you have your oils and don’t know which to lean, ask. If you don’t have oils and want some extra support in your life, ask. That’s what I’m here for xx
It takes real skill to choke on air, fall up stairs and trip over completely nothing. I have that skill

A new month means this is your reminder to clean those diffusers! 1/2 fill with water and 3tbsp vinegar, run for 5 mins and wipe clean. Easy!
June was an amazing month. So many homes welcomed natural alternatives into their lives and so many individuals are literally changing their lives. I can’t explain how happy it makes me to see change happening, mindsets shifting and people constantly learning. And July will be even bigger. I can just feel it 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼

*Rant* I'm going to school to learn fuck all. I'm going to school to get bitched at by my teacher for going home early ONCE. But others can leave whenever they feel like it 🙃. We haven't fucking learned shit. We teach ourselves and get yelled at when we say we don't understand. Isn't that what a teacher is? They're supposed to teach us and we ask questions when we don't get something? Get your damn head out of your ass for a change and pay attention to your fucking students. 20k is a lot to throw down the drain. *Rant over* #pissed#wanttolearn#rant#like4like#l4l

Superhuman interview with @tutusdiamontesandunicycles / @ericajademurdock
Day Job: Occupational Therapist specialising in mental health
Super Powers (Skill): aerial hoop, I occasionally dabble in hammock and silks but I always come back to my first love 💕
How long have you been developing your skill: 3 years, the last two being alongside @ericajademurdock
Description of first picture: This move is something I'd seen on Instagram - it was a two man job getting into it but I think it looks fabulous! Instagram is an amazing place to get inspiration for new moves and combos, I'm forever saving posts to try later!
Description of Superhuman fail: I wish I had captured more of my ever so graceful bail outs on video! This was a recent attempt at a graceful combo that ended in me not-so-gracefully landing on the floor!
Favourite move: I have so many and often when I master a new move it becomes me favourite! I love a back balance, Russian splits and machine gun.
Best bit of advice: I believe life should be about experiencing as much happiness and joy as possible, so put out what you want to receive and do what you need to do to bring that into your life. Also learn to trust in your intuition and listen to it, in my experience it knows what you need to do.

When being Superhuman it is important that we keep ourselves safe so we can continue to be sensational.
Are you aware of what your hanging from?
Do you have to correct PPE?
Where is your closet First Aid kit?
What will you do in an emergency?
I recommend all Superhuman’s regardless of the skill never train alone. It is important to have someone close by to spot, call the emergency services, pop a plaster on that boo boo or take that Instagram picture for your next post.
Pictured you will see carabiners, swivels, safety 8’s, strop and a crash mats which are used to hang or catch Aerialists. I always purchase my hardware new so I have certificates and can inspect the use of the pieces as I know exactly where they are and how they are being used. I like to work with in a safety factor of 10, making sure that what ever I am hanging or dropi g on can take my static/dynamic load combined with the weight of the equipment then x that number 10.
I purchase my aerial equipment from several suppliers and all suppliers are awesome and willing to give advice and guidance. But ever in doubt contact a rigger direct.

I’d love to hear how you keep safe and share your knowledge ...
