🍰🍰🍰My sister is on a panel tonight to discuss balancing a corporate career & a side hustle - in her case, baking these delicious cakes!
Super proud of her for doing something she's loves outside of a corporate career.
I'm clearly biased but her cakes do taste amazing! Chocolate & Oreo buttercream cake or banana & Nutella cupcakes are two of my faves.
It does also mean there's leftover cake hanging around at home which is never a bad thing.

It's important to remember that in order to thrive we must tend to all areas of our lives and ensure that we're doing our utmost to better ourselves in each of those areas.
Don't become so focused on fitness and health that you lose sight of everything else.
People turn to fitness in order to make themselves feel good. Whether they achieve that through improved mood, confidence or physical image is irrelevant. The drive to do so is to feel better.
But fitness will only get you so far. It's only one 'spoke' of the entire wheel of your life.

Remember that long hot Summer when we were young? We’d spend our days walking in the woods looking for 🐛 🐞 before getting an ice cream from the hut by the ponds.
