wandering off into the future like.... what’s the next step? where is spirit leading me? i was on skype this morning with my dear friend @hbogden and she was asking what our game plan was for when we get home in the spring. well, in short, #vanlife 🚐💨💨 we never truly know what lies on the path ahead. josh and i are both Sagittarius’ so im not really sure either of us are even meant to be rooted into one singular place. we loved having the freedom of living in the rv and being able to call the road home. obviously, Maryland will always always hold a very special place in our hearts - it’s where our friends and family are! we love going home and recharging 🔋 but we don’t foresee ourselves settling down anytime in the near future, afterall, the future is now and the only thing that we know for certain is all we have is here and now 🤙🏽
I was born here and even though I grew up in Australia, I have been back to visit Bangkok many times, and have never visited this temple, AKA Temple of Dawn. What a magnificent structure, stood tall on the banks of Chao Phraya River - The river of Kings.
Definitely worth a visit when in Thailand 🇹🇭 📸 credit to @vannypham for capturing this moment.
There is liquid gold running through my veins.
There is a fire in my heart that just cant be tamed.
I feel it all.
I feel the sun that shines down on my skin
Burning down the layers
I have built up for so long.
I can feel the music that
Beats into my soul
And the lyrics that radiate from this song.
Today i can feel
Your heartbeat next to mine
Our bodies side by side
And maybe most of all i can feel
The love radiating
Its growing with time
My eyes have been opening
My ears have tuned in
My fingers are tingling
Im starting to feel
The electrifying energy
What it means
Happy Veterans Day!
What a great reason to pause and be thankful for all those that have served to protect our freedom and safety. Although there is so much strife in our country, days like today should remind us of how we are all unified. •
On another note, it was a much needed day off from work for me! Was anyone else off today? I spent all day going nonstop and all night relaxing. Four day weeks are the best! •

Stop using your finest soul timing as a way to keep judging yourself for not moving fast enough.
In order to move from allowance, from soul alignment, we often have to be patient and hold space a few seconds longer for the right timing to move so that it can happen inspired when our soul wants us to.
That’s the energy fundament we want to move from.
And not when our ego wants us to, out of fear and lack. Our ego often tells us we need to push, to move before timing bc it fears it otherwise won’t happen.
And our ego is often freaking out when we are being prepped for a move. When we so beautifully and courageously hold space for that perfect soul timing. Then our ego says:
“you are too slow”, you are too afraid, what’s wrong with you, you never get things done.”
I am reminding us to not let that beautiful soul timing be something we let the ego use as an excuse to keep beating ourselves up with. Whether it is saying we are too fast or too slow. It doesn’t matter, it’s still self judgement. It’s still a mistrust and lack of acknowledgement to the highest truth.
Which is that we are right on time.
Afternoon park adventures with the pup pup are the best, especially as the fall weather starts to appear here in Auburn!

Keep learning. Keep on pushing YOUrself to be better. Keep looking for new challenges and perspectives. Keep giving yourself some kindness and grace. Keep on keeping ON. You are alive and breathing which means…I’m saying there’s a chance 😋✌🏼😘
Slow and steady wins the race.
These are the words that kept going through my head yesterday morning whilst sanding down boat pieces. You see, we live in a constantly changing world— with the internet we have a pace that is unprecedented for…everything. I was reminded that despite changes that we face we are not so unique. Every generation before us had their own battles to fight with an ever changing world welcoming new inventions and technologies. (I love history it’s such an ironic guide for the future.) So history teaches us that despite centuries and centuries and centuries of changes there are certain truths that remain. ONE of which being: there are no shortcuts. It’s been true for all of history and it’s true today. Slow and steady gets you somewhere. It means pace yourself, keep moving forward, trust the process, and have some faith and patience. ✌🏼😘
