The workout was just what I needed, after 90 minutes of #football last night ⚽️ I was pretty sore going into it, feeing refreshed now though! Thanks coach @pearsonash for the killer workout! 🔥

Excuse the sweaty butt print, but today’s #WOD was BA-RU-TAL! It was more of a marathon type workout, than a power workout, so endurance was key! I got to practice my handstands (which my friend in the background caught me psyching myself out) and I finished under the time cap!🙌🏻 I do need to work on my KB swing form, but there is always room for improvement! #progressnotperfection @lane5crossfit

Great gym, people, and training
I almost didn’t make today’s #wod . I didn’t even want to go, to be honest. But once the workout was done, I was SO glad that I did! My sinus infection (or whatever it is) has gotten worse, and by the end of the warmup, I was sweating bullets!💦 I didn’t think I’d even make it to the workout, but I know life has to go on regardless of being sick! I am pretty proud of my #deadlift weight, since I don’t really ever do them! Billy at @lane5crossfit even gave me some tips on how to do a HSPU and I was so close to doing my very first one! Here’s to a successful #workout on #fridaythe13th ... now I’m ready for the weekend! 🙌🏻
