Hoy os quiero compartir mi top 5 de los ejercicios que suelo hacer en mi día de piernas. ¡Espero que os guste!
~
#1 Back Squat/Sentadillas: uno de los ejercicios de fuerza por excelencia, basándose en un patrón de triple flexoextensión tobillo-rodilla-cadera que involucra una gran masa muscular y permite el manejo de altas cargas.
#2 Zancadas/Lunges: ejercicio excelente, ya que nos permiten trabajar ambas piernas de forma distinta, paliando posibles desequilibrios de fuerza y de masa muscular. Involucra grandes grupos musculares como los cuádriceps e isquiotibiales, así como el glúteo.
#3 Peso muerto/Deadlift: uno de los mejores movimientos para aumentar la masa y fuerza muscular en general. Trabajamos toda la cadena muscular posterior, involucrando en el mismo femorales o isquiotibiales, glúteo mayor y músculos de la pierna como el sóleo o gemelos, y también los lumbares.
#4 Peso muerto/ Deadlift: ejercicio muy funcional que puede ayudarnos en otros movimientos como la sentadilla o el peso muerto. El gluten mayor es el principal musculo solicitado pero también los isquiotibiales y el abdomen.
# 5 Lanzamiento de balón/Wall Ball Shot: ercicio que aumenta la resistencia cardiovascular y  muscular. Ejercicio que trabaja una gran variedad de fibras musculares, como piernas y hombros. Otras partes que trabajan son: glúteos, abdominales frontales, tríceps braquial y bíceps femoral.

El numero de series, repeticiones y tiempo de descanso dependen de cada objetivo. Ese circuito vale tanto para un aumento de masa muscular como una definición.

Good Sunday everyone!
I hope you all have an awesome weekend and are either training hard or recovering twice as hard 😂 me myself, I hit the Holtem Box for an epic training session built by the coach 💪😄 an excellent AMRAP and ending with a friendly competition of 2 sets of max air squats 😅👌 who ever said bodyweight work doesn't do anything, try walking correctly after 200+ air squats 😂 won both rounds but my man Olivier sure put up a fight in the first round, awesome work my man! Plant power all the way! 💪😁 couldn't walk properly for a minute afterwards but loved it!
Didn't know what I was in the mood for after that session so in the end I swung for a delicious bowl of vegetarian couscous with fruit, creatine shake and protein creme on the side 😋👌 nothing better to refuel! Now to just enjoy the remaining part of the weekend! 😎

Still working on stabilising my ankle and strengthening my foot. I figured these one legged (partial squat) wall throws would be challenging for my ankle. They were challenging for everything else too 😣 My ankles are getting stronger, but the one-legged weight transfer exercise aggravates my shoulder, so I’ll stop doing those and try these instead. As @myworkout_yvonne pointed out they can be super-set’d with squat-wall-throws 😥

What do you think @abenth_fysioterapi are these sufficiently challenging for my ankle?

My lady had to work this morning. So I sent her some #artwork via text to let her know where I would be. Like she would have any doubt.. lolz.. Smashed my #quads & #glutes  today at the #gym Squat rack was taken so it was #legpress and #wallball #squats followed by #lunges and #wallsit  SUPERSET 6 Sets Legpress w/ wallsit  Legpress 6,8,10,12,14,16- 45lbs plates x 10 reps w/ 10 reps wallball squats. Hoje o nosso WOD foi em homenagem ao sargento Khun Saman que morreu aos 38 anos ao realizar voluntariamente do resgate dos 12 meninos e 1 treinador  do time de futebol Javalis Selvagens, presos em uma caverna  inundada pela chuva na Tailândia.

Curiosidades do WOD:
*Os 13 deadlifts representam os 12 meninos e seu treinador
*Os 17 wall balls representam os 17 dias que eles ficaram para serem resgatados.
*Os time de futebol estava a 3,2 Km da entrada da caverna por isso 8 rounds de 400 m totalizando 3,2km.

E aí quem encara esse treinão? Vale a pena homenagear esse grande ser humano com um treino desse!

Le WOD Hero du samedi matin, qui réveille bien 💪 "Nutts" : - 10 HSPU - 15 Deadlift - 25 Box Jump - 50 Pull Up - 100 Wall Ball - 200 DU - 400m run with plate.
J'ai adoré, mais vraiment !
En scaled pour certains mouvements, en RX pour d'autres. HSPU sur box, deadlift à 80 kilos (avec ma binôme @elodouuu 💪😘), reprise des box jump sur une box un peu plus basse (j'avais arrêté depuis plusieurs semaines suite à des douleurs au genou droit et nickel ce matin !), Pull-up avec élastique vert, adieu le noir ! (ça progresse à son rythme), wall ball à 6 kg (mais qu'est ce que j'adore ça !!! 😍😍), 600 sauts simples à la corde (il va vraiment falloir que je bosse les DU pour les passer, j'en peux plus de tripler !! 😂) et course avec une plate de 15 kg. 
J'ai été au bout de ce WOD et j'ai franchement kiffé du début à la fin.
Je repars fière de moi. La séance de mercredi m'avait laissé un goût amer, j'étais crevée et j'etais mécontente de mes rep. Là, c'est top ! Que du positif, malgré une nuit courte 💤
Maintenant, WE puis retour à la box lundi matin 😍😍
Quel bonheur de s'épanouir autant dans un sport. Quand on aime ce que l'on fait, ce n'est jamais une obligation mais juste du plaisir de venir s'entraîner.
Alors ne vous forcez pas à faire du sport, trouvez ce qui vous fait vibrer et ça ira tout seul !
